There are $2/3 Grands coupons out. I found them at a Winn Dixie and they work perfectly on the 10/$10 Food World special. I got 12 cans of the biscuits and cinnamon rolls yesterday for .33 each.

Anyone have any firsthand experience in freezing these things? I've read that you can but I've never tried it myself. I'm going back to finish up this deal this afternoon and get all that I have coupons for and will need to get them out of the refrigerator so that I have room for food.

This may be the last gasp for FW. Everyone at the PC store worried and apprehensive over their future. Union is being buttholes about things. There are no buyers for grocery stores right now. It looks like trips to Publix will be in the near future when and if they fold.

Thanks for the reminder about the Nesquik--they are $1.79 at my store--so $.29 after coupons. And I have 30 coupons!!

The timing on this is perfect--DH got paid for a job last week and we set aside an extra $120 for stocking up on things. I hated to spend it last week just because we had it. I wanted to hold out for some great deals, and these triple coupon deals look hard to beat!!

Are there any limits to how many coupons you can use? It would be just my luck to have some kind of limit where you can only use 2 coupons per visit. I will be making a lot of trips out one door and back in the other door if that is the case.

I don't know for this sale, but normally fw will only double 10 like coupons. After 10 the cashier/manager can make it double.

I did notice Totinos Pizza Rolls 40 count box--2/$7. Minus $.35/1 insert coupon x 3(triple) x 2 packages==$4.90 for two packages or $2.45 per package. Not a great price but not too bad if you need pizza rolls.

Okay, I'm back at my house now. So tired I can hardly think, but I've got to get this down. Today at the store, after I found out about the trippples I looked around quickly for blinkies and tearpads.

Spotted two: .55 off Land O Lakes Butter, and .55 off those crustless sandwich things over in the frozen food case. I cannot think of their name to save my life.

I did not have time to scout the entire store, so I may have missed some good ones.

There has been so much on purple tag clearance, plus the daily red tag markdowns. I've gotten a truckload of butter for nearly nothing, and will get a little more. It will freeze.
Cheese shreds, too. Chicken drumsticks and thighs. This weeks ad is almost the same as last weeks ad.

I'd say get what you can now, 'cause I bet their inventory will not be replenished if a buyer for the store is not signed on by the end of April.

Food World and Food Lion are different chains. Food World is only in Alabama and northern Florida. But I've heard good things about Food Lion too so maybe you can find some good deals there!

I have been so jealous of my north carolina friends because of triples and now I am getting to do some triples.

Dial hand soap 1.59 - .35 triple q = .54

French's mustard 1.39 - .50 triple q = free

There are .55/1 peelies on bags of Dorito's at the Bruno's on hwy 31 (across from the new Publix). The large (20% free chips in the bag) Dorito's are on sale at Food World for $1.99. Use the peelies at FW and get a BIG bag of Dorito's for .34 each. The q's are good on 3 other types of chips but I wanted Dorito's and don't remember what the others are now.

I found tearpads at one Bruno's, and only one of the three I went to but there may be more out there. The tearpads are for .55/1 any White Lily flour and another for .55/1 any Martha White cornmeal. I got 98 2-lb bags of flour free and I think 12 bags of cornmeal free. They were $1.59 before the coupons were tripled. Well, I had to pay tax so not totally free I guess.

Those are some of the things I found that I thought ya'll might want to keep an eye open for. I'm done shopping, stick me with a fork.

The Armour Meatballs were $2.99 in Pensacola--minus $.55/1 x 3 ($1.65) = $1.35. Plus use the coupon for free pasta (up to $1) wyb Armour meatballs. Several kinds of the Southern Home Pasta were $.99, so basically you get a bag of meatballs and a box of pasta for $1.35. Pair that with a Bertolli sauce pouch from a competitor a few weeks ago ($.50) and that's some cheap eatin'!

I went back to fw tonight and got the armour balls. I thought the price said 2.99, but my crt says 3.99. I even changed the price ck thread and now I am wondering if I was right.

Hey, wait a minute--mine rang up at $3.99 too, but the tag on the shelf said $2.99. I know it did because I did all the math from my previous post in my head before I put them in my cart.

Is there any recourse--do they have a policy where they refund the difference? I hate to run right back over there tomorrow because it's a long way...but if I did I could always take more coupons and get more stuff. I'm so torn...

The policy is to make the item free. It's up to the manager how many he price guarantees for the price right/scan right.
One manager would only give me 1 free and adjusted the others (in the past).
Another store gave me all (my shrimp/scallops $35) free.

I found 2 tags tonight that expired in Feb. yep!
So someone might have missed a tag and if it's expired they might not give it to you.
Call. Get a name and explain it's not convenient to come in until next week and put the name on the crt.

I will ck the tag at my store, if I am able to get out tomorrow.

My total was higher yesterday than I thought it should be but I did get 5 packs of meat. So this am I looked over my receipt and noticed my 3 packs of chicken breast rang up as 10.xx a pack instead of 4.xx a pack. I called this am and the lady told me to bring the chicken back (she did say she hated to ask me to do that). She did say they were having some problems yesterday with the bonus cards/sale prices/etc. I will gladly accept 10% of any mistake you find....:hysterical:.

I was not sure about these since the q's were .55/2. I got my DH to check out just 2 at first to see if the q's tripled. Glad I did it b/c he paid $1.00+$1.00=$1.45+tax=$1.47. SO the q only came up as .55. I was hoping to stock up on these. :sad:

Looked like they tripled on my crt. I need to get a highlighter out and see what didn't triple.
Yes they can make it triple by using the override key. The only way it shouldn't is if you used more than 10 like q's.
I have read that they are giving the money back at cs for those cases too.

this was on hwy 11 in trussville. Iirc everyone of my Qs tripled. The mw was a DND Q, but didn't say anything about tripling. Hehe. I don't remember the cashier pushing any through. I'll post my trip later.

All mine tripled at the hyw 11 in trussville today. Got 20 pks of the MWMM. I had a q that did not say DND. I did have a couple that said do not double but did not try those.
