I recently got the kroger credit card, when i signed up it asked for my old kroger card number. I put it in as well, I figured that it would put that as the number on the back of the credit card (as my kroger card number) when i received the credit card the numbers were different, so i went through and added that card number to all of the p&G shortcuts cellfire ect. Went to the grocery yesterday bought bounty papertowels and gillette shampoo (.25c on bounty 2.00 on shampoo) non of the e-coupons worked (and i loaded them 24+hrs before my trip) At the bottom of my reciept it showed my points for fuel rewards and it showed that the rewards i had saved up on my other card were now on this one. are the cards the same with different numbers or what and how do i get my e-coupons to work right?
