How do you get the home mailer coupons?

Title says it all. I have been shopping almost exclusively at Kroger for 2 years, and still don't get them. Is there somewhere I can sign up??

Hello. I'm Delta Kroger too.
Go to the Kroger's website and update your information. That's all it took for me. I love the mailer coupons.

I've updated my info and still don't get anything. I've seen blogs where a woman is using SEVERAL free item coupons and I'm thinking "dang, I can't even get one"!!!

I'm in the Russellville area and I've went to the service desk, called the customer service #, and updated on the web. I STILL don't get any. My mom, who never uses a coupon gets them every month.lol She gives them to me but it would be nice to have 2 sets to use. I really don't know how to get them.

If updating your address on the website didn't help, you could try calling the corporate office (I think number is on the back of your card). You used to not be able to change your info on the website, so when I moved a couple of years ago I called them to change my address/phone number and mentioned that I wanted to get the coupons and have since.

It is based off your shopping habits, if you are not shopping at kroger enough you won't get them....they can send them out to you manually, send me a PM if you need contact info.

I didn't use to get them, but now I'm getting them fairly regular. I called Kroger's and I was told you had to spend $500.00 quarterly.

Interesting, I didn't know that. I easily spend $500 quarterly (I do my main grocery shopping at Kroger, it's not one of my cherry picker stores) but it's good to know if anyone asks.
