I don't think anyone has posted this yet. The other day I was at petsmart and at the bottom of my receipt was a number for a telephone survey. If you complete the survey you get a code for $3 off your next petsmart purchase. The cashier never mentioned it, so I would have missed it if I didn't look at my receipt!

Thanks, petco is doing this now too. I'm not sure about the petsmart ones but with petco you have to call within 48 hours.

I did the Petco one too! I think it was for $2. The petsmart one had a time limit too, but I think it was more than 48 hours.

I got the $3 phone survey coupon about two weeks ago. I wonder if this is just random or if it is based on how much you spend or what....

My cashier was telling me today that she believes I can use more than one $3 off from the surveys together as long as it's not over the total amount as they can't get cash back. I have never tried this, and not even sure if I am able to do more than one survey or not. But I'm going to try! LOL!!

I used my surveys today, and asked the cashier beforehand to double check about using the surveys together. She said it was allowed. So I got a 7lb. bag of Purina One kitten food. Usually $11.99, but it was $9.99 with the PetPerks. So I had two $3 surveys bring it down to about $4, and I had a $1 off making it $3, and I had one more $2 coupon for the ToyShoppe cat toys from the coupon booklets they had at the counter before. And that gave me about $1.03 overage (as the toy I got was .97¢) So I paid $1.96 for a normally $12 bag of cat food. A great deal I thought! LOL I don't know what triggers the surveys though. As I don't get them on every reciept.

I went to buy my new pup a kennel at petsmart. I didnt get the printout, but the next person did (I have to make sure my reciepts are in order... Rainman...) I forgot I needed to get her bowls, so went back and got those... no print out. MAN im bummed! I guess its every other transaction. HAH - ill make sure to be the right person in line next time!
