I went to buy one last week and the cashier hit the DND so I had her take it off my transaction. It was $1.79 and thought for $.29 I'd used it, but not for $1.04. She gave me the coupon back though which surprised me so I may use in at the SCO.

I had picked up a bunch of these last week and tried it for the first time last night. We loved it. We use a lot of shake and bake and everyone agreed this was better. I'm thinking about picking up some more (my store did double). Watch though, the expiration date on mine were May 2009. I'm going to stick them in the freezer - I don't think it will hurt. thanks for the post - it was a great find.

Way to salty, I had to cut it with cornmeal.

Oh no and I bought quite a bit! I didn't even check the ingredients like I usually do. I'm sure my husband will love it if it's way too salty; he's a salt fanatic. I'm the opposite. LOL

I just got back from GE! Drat! Now I'm compelled to go look. To think I paid 49c for some at a salvage store when I could have had this for maybe 29c! I'm not bothered about expiration dates. To me expiration dates are merely "guidelines". :wink7:
