I dont understand how they decide who gets these, does anyone know? I use to spend 10000000000000 of $s there and never got one. I cut way back and didnt even go there for a while and still never got one. Now I shop weekly but nothing excessive and we get RXs there and still nothing. I really want one! Why dont they ever send me one!
