Our circular has Powerade 10/$10 and if you buy 10 you get five free. The Powerade is in the regular aisle as well as in the old "cheese shop" area where it can be chilled in a cooler. On the front of that cooler are tearpads for $.40 off Powerade...double that to $.80, get 15 bottles - use 15 coupons = FREE (actually overage) Powerade. I picked up some 1/2 price HBA stuff and had a sweet deal.
My savings on my receipt was 97%.

I saw this in today's ad, but haven't been in there yet. Did you ring up all 15 and then the $1 comes off at the end? Did the coupons beep? Usually 2 or 3 of them ring up, no beeps. But after that everyone beeps. Annoying.
$15 for 15 Powerade
-$5.00 for 5 free
-$12.00 (15 x .80)
That would be $3 overage. I'm curious how they handled the overage or if they even noticed.

its actually $2 overage 15.00 -12-5 = -2.00

I did this deal today, and every coupon I had beeped but cashier was patient and over rided them, gosh.. there is no reason for those coupons to beep, they don't beep at krogers, weird... anyway if you can live thru the beeping this is a killer deal, thank you again. Natalie
