the same movie at kroger is $19.99, minus the $5 coupon. you only get the bread, hillshire farms meat and 3 sobe free at kroger though. so it will all depend on the price of the dvd at heb.
there is also a $5 MIR at GO MEAT!™ (http://www.gomeat.com) for the movie wyb sara lee and hillshire farms.

Silly question, but is this still available in all stores? I'm only asking because I don't see it in my print ad, nor is it listed on the online ads. TIA!

I saw the display at the store yesterday and snagged the yellow HEB coupons to remind myself and they have an expiration date of 3-3

The display was behind the check stands between the bathroom and the end of that wall (heading from the baby section)

are you sure you can use the printable coupon along with this deal?
My HEB won't allow ANY other coupons to be used with ANY of the yellow deal ones.

You are not using a printable and a yellow coupon on the same item.
You buy the movie and use the ip for it, and the other yellow coupons are for the items you get for free. I have never had a problem using coupons on the item you have to purchase for HEB deals.

I had tried once to use a coupon on the stouffers lasagna deal they have every so often and I have been told by several people at my local HEB that you cannot use a coupon on the item you buy because you are "combining offers" and you are not allowed to do that.
If your HEB allows it then lucky for you. the NB store is not very coupon friendly.

Your store seems to be misinformed. My friend and husband both worked for HEB for many years and they both agreed customers could use coupons on the item they are purchasing. I am sorry your store is not friendly. Too bad you don't have competition down there either to take your business elsewhere. That might be why your store is not very receptive to coupons. They know you are limited as to where you can shop.

I tired it just to see what they said, but the HEB at Mission Bend said you can't use the $5 printable because that it combining coupons. They pointed out on the yellow coupons where is says no coupons could be combine with other offers or coupons. So I didn't buy it. :whistle67:

Nicole, maybe you should borrow my kiddos when you go to HEB shopping. I have yet to be shot down at MB HEB for ANY coupons. Maybe the cashiers are so sick of hearing my screaming children, they just take my coupons to get me out of the store that much quicker :hysterical:

We do have Albertsons a little ways up Walnut Ave. I tend to shop more at Albertsons than HEB. The Albertsons is pretty coupon friendly. I honestly think Albertsons is just happy to have you walk through the door. They are NEVER busy & always have stuff in stock.
