Bi-lo Deal: Del Monte Vegetable Still Free After Coupon

Depending on which coupon you have, here we have the $.30/1 blinkie machine... I know it is $.05 after Q for others.
I went to the store this evening to get my VERY CHEAP cinammon toast crunch, and I found the DelMonte veggies are still bogo...

So if yoiu didn't get enough last week or you want to have your stock pile full of veggies for the next 3 years (my best by dates were 2011!) then there is still a chance to stock up. I only had 3 coupons left (though I will get some more!) I also had gotten rainchecks too.

I have gotten 37 cans so far. I need more blinkies.

I am hoping to hit up a new Bi-lo later today as my dd is in the hospital and I am not near my home. I really need to stock up on the green beans as they are quick and easy for the kiddos to eat!

The no salt tomatoes aren't BOGOF....they are 1.00/can. If you can find any of the .55/1 coupons (I got mine from a clipping service) then they are free.

On Tuesday, I went in, and the cashier wouldn't double them? What do you do in that situation. I mean they clearly say DND, but they always double them... Do you try to get them, or do you simply bite your tounge?!

what do you mean she wouldn't double them?? did she have to manually override it to make it not double? my advice is if you have a uscan at your store, and you can scan your own coupons then hand them to the attendant, that may be your better bet. it cuts out all the problems (most of the time) with the cashiers picking and choosing what to do. I don't know if I would fuss about it, because the coupons do state DND, but you know they will. I would have just voided the vegs. and came back later when that person isn't working.

When he saw the q's said DND, he manually entered them and told me he couldn't double them b/c they clearly said DND. I politely asked him to void those items and give me the coupons back. I told him I would just keep them to use them at another Bi-lo that would let them double.

Well, if it makes you guys feel better I'll let you know that these coupons weren't doubling in my store at the self-checkout. That happens sometimes. I don't know if they notice the coupon then modify the registers to not double it or what.............anyhoo, they didn't double for me today and I didn't push it. Cheap veggies are better than no veggies.

well I don't know where y'all are shoppin but my blinkies did just fine. doubled and everything. I got 10 cans of veg, 20 cans of hunts sauce, and 1 carton swanson broth. paid 8.84 oop. went to uscan with no problems!!

At the BiLo I went to (NOT the same one as Beth) my coupons beeped at the uscan. I had to hand them to the kid working it and he scanned them but they did double.

Also my Palermo's pizza $2ips beeped too.

I went yesterday through the regular checkout and they doubled fine. Also, I bought 2 Fruit Gushers and 2 Fruit by the Foot for the save $4 instantly, but it did not come off automatically so the manager refunded me $4. A cat did print though for $3.50 off your next order! There were still some Pop Tarts for 3/$5 there with $1 peelies, so I got some 67c Pop Tarts too. If you've got a Publix nearby, they have 55c blinkies for Salada tea and Bi-lo has some green and white Salada tea on closeout for 1.64. Also, the 60c off any lipton tea works great with the small packages of tea that are 1.15.

Cycle 3 started Feb 21st and the Delmonte blinkies will not be part of it (at least in my area they won't). Check your stores and get them now before the reps do their ad change this week!!!!

The self checkout works wonderfully with the .55/2 coupons! Will be headed to that store with most coupons from now on.

I am so not a fan of the sometimes we will double/sometimes we wont double!...

well my cabinet is a full as it can be, I think I will sit today out and keep the rest of the blinkies that I still have. maybe they will come in handy in trips to come. they don't expire for a while so we shall see. thank you bi-lo for the two weeks of wonderful free food!!! and thank you to foodlion for getting the blinkie machine for the perfect timing with that sale!!

The Bilo I went to yesterday was out of the 50% salt beans, had only 4 cans of 50% salt corn (one of which was dented) and I took 7 of the last 10 50% salt peas...I didn't bother today either since it is out of my way and I am not even sure they got more in. I did get a raincheck for 10 more and I have 10 blinkies left. We only eat the corn the rest is going to be donated.
