It is a store coupon that comes from adopting a pet at a store event. They give you a booklet with a few coupons in it. My friend never uses coupons and gave it to me. Maybe asking a manager for one might work..I'm not sure. I actually did adopt a cat from one of the petco things but it wasn't during an adoption event so I didn't get a coupon book. Maybe the sales lady forgot.

My local animal control office has these petsincredible cd's that come with a coupon to get a coupon book from petco and their has a coupon for a free bag of food in it.
