I am a novice to coupons but am so happy to be learning about everything! I just got my Bi-Lo bonus card and for some reason it isn't letting me register it online, UGH! Do you mind if I ask, on these deals, what sizes do we buy of the name brand products to get the SH products for free? I am making my list for Bi-Lo this week and want to be sure I get the right sizes. Thank you so much!

I did my Bi-Lo shopping this morning and they looked at me like I had 3 heads when I asked about trying the 4 Southern Home products that were mentioned on the website. And the manager was really rude about it! He just kept saying that I misunderstood and that if I buy the store brand and don't like it, they will give me the name brand. I told him what I'd read online and asked him if he could check for me, and he looked at me like I was a nut job. (How did HE know that about me? LOL!) Anyways, wonder why they didn't know anything about it? Any ideas? I'm in South Carolina, but shouldn't it apply to all the Bi-Lo stores if it's on their website?

I would buy one that is on sale (Raisin Bran crunch) and get what it said to get. Then if I had to pay for what should have been free, I would show them the ad...

I tried to explain this to the manager and he was so stinking rude! I will go in with the ad next time, but I was so aggravated this morning that I just bought what I came in for other than those things and left. I DID forget to put the Bi-Lo salad dressing back though, so I ended up with 2 Kraft (B1G1F) AND a Bi-Lo brand as well, but when I checked my receipt, I paid for the Bi-Lo one, so I'm not sure if my store just isn't participating or what, but I mean it's listed right there on the site under promotions? I'm anxious to see if anyone else has this same trouble. I hope not, but if they do at least I will know it wasn't just my store, ya know? I did get some good deals though with the B1G1Fs, so it wasn't a total bust LOL :)

So that leads me to believe you have to sign up on their site and you will get it automatically since it is tied to your card. Boogie is a member I beleive because when I press the link it wants me to sign in. I am a member too.

I agree. You have to have the coupon to get it free. That promotion isn't even mentioned in the ad today (at least I didn't see it). It's not like last week when you got it free automatically. So print your coupons and it should work like a charm.

There are actually several coupons, one for $1 off 2 SH coffees (the coffee is bogo).

I printed off the coupons online and Im taking them tonight! Also, I have .25 off bounce coupon, .25 off bounty papertowels and 1.00 off 2 boxes kellogs raisin bran and 1.00 off any 2 kraft dressings plus the dressing is BOGO and my Bilo doubles coupons up to .55!

I am so frustrated! I have tried over and over to register my Bi-Lo Bonus Card online and it keeps telling me that my last name does not match my Bonus Card number. That is crazy because I have had the same last name for 15 years, LOL :) I tried calling Bi-Lo today and got no answer, just an answering machine all day and no call back. I am so flustered, UGH! I am glad it's working for yall though! I'll try calling again tomorrow and I hope it works :)

AMcCall which BI-LO do you go to? My BI-LO manager used to be a problem but the new one is great now. Also which number are you calling? Don't try to call a store phone number, they can't help you for the website. You have to call their 800 number (1800BILONOW I think) to get the customer service.

I called the 1-800 Customer Service number listed on the website, and it gave me a 1-888 number for bonus card questions. So I called THAT number and got an answering machine. I am still waiting for a call back...just left another message. <Sigh> In Bi-Lo's defense, I've never had an unpleasant experience at any of the other stores. Everyone has always been real friendly. I dunno what was wrong with this guy, EEK!

The "Our Brands" coupons are paper coupons that you print from My BI-LO. You have to be logged in and they're on the home page. You use your bonuscard to sign up for it.
They're a regular coupon but you buy the national brand item to get the Southern

Finally got my coupons printed and went today to a different store and the manager there was so much nicer. Do any of you know, is this limited to one item per bonus card? The reason I ask is that when I got to Bi-Lo this morning, they had coupons printed out and taped to EVERY item, it was wonderful! So when I took out the coupons I'd printed to hand to the cashier, she said nevermind that she would use the ones already taped to the Bi-Lo brands. So I still have my coupons. I didn't ask about it and I don't want to ever seem greedy, so I wanted to ask here before I go back!! The only coupon I wouldn't mind using again would be the one for the dryer sheets. But I don't want to use more than my share!! Wasn't even sure if we could do that. I don't want to break any rules when I just started couponing, LOL!!

Head up on the cereal coupon. Bi-Lo has the Crunchy Raisin Bran (very good BTW) on sale 2/5.00. I had a MFQ for 1.50/2. So for 3.50, I got two boxes of Kellogg's Crunchy Raisin Bran and a box of Southern Home Crunchy Raisin Bran. My daughter loves this stuff so I was very happy to get it.
