I was in Albertson's tonight and found a crazy deal. You know the ads that hang from the ends of the aisles? They are called the "Big Book of Savings" There are coupons on the back for free Sara Lee bread and free Hillshire Farms Deli select meat. There is NO PURCHASE necessary. They are free!!! It doesn't have a limit listed on it. But, I think they may stop you if you are buying more than a couple in one visit. But hey, free meat and bread!!! FYI these coupons are good til March 3rd. Hooray for free stuff!

FYI - the coupon states "manufacturer's coupon" --so this could be used elsewhere I would think.

ETA --YMMV as to whether or not you will find the coupons!!

ETA~~~ I didn't read the fine print in the ad...just the coupon so it turns out you have to purchase a dvd as well ---sorry for any confusion.

Just a heads up - the coupons don't say it anywhere that I can see, but the page that the coupon's on says the deli meat and bread are free WITH the purchase of the High School Musical 3 DVD. I was bummed when I saw that! :shrug7:

I discovered this yesterday as well. You have to buy the HSMusical dvd Available 2/17 to get the bread and meat free. I did however get 2 of each free on Wednesday, before I knew the purchase was required.

There was also a peelie on the Hillshire lunchmeat for TRY ME FREE up to $4.99. Mail in UPC, 3x5 postcard w/ name, address, city, state, zip and email with the original receipt w/item circled. Purchase by 6/30/09 postmark by 7/31/09. Mail to:
Hillshire Farm Try Me Free Offer, PO Box 6154, Dept D, Douglas, AZ 85655-6154.

I didn't see that until you mentioned that. Now I feel kinda' bad. I had only read the coupon to see what it was for and it didn't beep so we didn't catch it.

Don't feel bad if it was an honest mistake! Can't tell you how many times I've gotten all excited about a deal until I read the fine print. :)
