As of early morning, Sat., Feb 17, DECA reversed the no overage policy.
From what I was told, DECA is giving overages again because there is a question as to whether it is legal to change the amount they give on a manufacturer coupon. So DECA is investigating further and the policy allowing overages will remain in effect until they complete their investigation on the legalities of making the change. They could change it back again depending on their findings, but for now, everyone who has coupons with overage, get out there and use them ASAP. Have a great day.

That's what I thought at first when I read it too!!! I'm just happy they are giving it. I first discovered it last week when I bought a bunch of the sunsilk with those $1.50 and $2.00 Q's. I didn't even pay attention until I got in the car and looked my reciept over...and WOO HOO!! overage!!
