I do want to say that the potential is there when you write to ANY company! Send them an email or snail-mail letter, saying that you love their product. Give constructive feedback if it warrants it. Maybe say how often you use the product.

And, don't hesitate to ask for a coupon! If they say no, oh well! But if you ask, you are more likely to get one, especially if you show how much of a loyal customer you are. :)

Same here. But...in my experience, it doesn't mean they won't send a coupon too. It's happened plenty of times. I write to at least 4 or 5 companies each week. Some email and say thanks for the compliment...others never email, but send q's. Some send frees...others send $ off qs. And some...you never hear from at all. You never know...but it's worth the few minutes it takes to send off an email!

I got a coupon for a free 1 liter. I'd have prefered the 12 pack because I don't like the 1 liter bottles because they always go flat before we finish them! But I took it to MOPS to share with the group, so that worked.

I wonder if they send Qs when you DON'T ask for them. I have been contacting some companies but not asking for any Qs directly. I have asked to be put on the mailing list and notified of any special promotions but didn't ask for Qs directly. I still hope I get some free Dr P!!!

I just emailed Dr Pepper and told them that when I take my boys 15 & !8 out to eat that I always tell the waitress/waiter that they should hook them up to a Dr Pepper IV. Hope this works! My boys do love Dr Pepper! I wasn't lying.
