Just to let everyone know: I bought a package of cough drops this afternoon and it has the rebate on it. It seemed like all of the packages did. Note that you must buy the package and cut the rebate out of the packaging; it is not a peelie. (Or at least mine isn't.) HTH

If you are talking about the $2 Robitussin rebate, it is advertised on the back of a bag of cough drops, but you don't need a form. I sent it in and got it back already.

You need to enclose:
Your name and address on a 3x5 card or piece of paper
Your dated receipt with the purchase of the cough syrup or gels circled
UPC from syrup or gels

Mail it to:
Robitussin $2.00 Rebate
PO Box 6800
Young America, MN 55558-6800

It does technically say on it "To receive your rebate, mail this rebate form plus the following" and then lists the things you mentioned.

It does not list an expiration date.
