January 2009 issue:

Only thing I found in this one was.....a card in the middle of the mag for One Touch Ultra Mini at no charge if you qualify; you just fill in yourname, address phone number, e-mail address and D.O.B.,and answer about 8 questions and mail it in, or you can call the 800 number or the web address. You must be a U.S. resident and 18 years of age or older. :)
