The farm fresh in Wilson, NC will be closing on Febuary 21st. Not even a year after opening it's doors.

Yeah, I heard it will closing down and reopening as a Lowe's Food. Have you noticed any great sale prices?

Lowes??? Really??? I hadn't heard that but that would be awesome and give HT another run for competition.
HT is still doing triple coupons, to compete with FF. I'm going to dread when they stop in Wilson. :(

I emailed Lowes and here is a portion of the email response :(
"Currently, Lowes Foods does not have immediate plans to build a store in the Wilson area."
Says "build"....a glimmer of hope for a store to be opening.

I hope they do. I just wonder if Farm Fresh will be opening in Rocky Mount. I was told by one of the members of managment a few months back that they had plans to open in October but those plans were moved to after the first of the new year. I just wonder if since they are not doing well in Wilson if they have changed their minds. The location they are looking to open does not have the competition that the Wilson store has. Maybe I will email Farm Fresh.

Sorry about the inaccurate info. The info came from the same management person that told me about Farm Fresh coming to Rocky Mount. I still have not heard back from Farm Fresh about coming to Rocky Mount?!? :shrug7: Oh Well, what can you do?
