FARM FRESH No IP coupons?

Last night I was at the FF at Janaf, and after I had been rung up, the cashier told me that they did not take IP coupons. I had to get to the airport to pick someone up (the reason I was at that FF to begin with) and did not have time to talk to the manager or anything, so I just took my coupons and left.

Has anybody else had this problem? Both stores in Suffolk take my IPs without any question.

I have never had a problem either...maybe it was just that location?

This is the FF that I go to normally. I have had trouble with them, but I just call the store and speak with John, the store's head manager. I have used internet coupons there with no problem, but their policy seems to change daily (you know what I mean.) Sorry you had trouble. I seem to be having more trouble lately EVERYWHERE!

Well, I might worry more if I were ever going back to that store, but as it is, I have just chalked it up to one of the frustrations of this job!!! :giggle2:

They all should accept ips. We were using them at the Haygood one for about a month when all of sudden the cashier told my husband they didn't take them. I called their customer service line and was told that all of the stores should accept them. They even sent me a letter confirming it. The next time my husband went in he had the same issue and told the cashier that his wife had called and was told they do. She called the manager over and he said, "oh yeah, we take those."

used one for the first time today, no problem.

got my free wild harvest blue chips using $1 IP from the FF site.

No problems this morning with the same coupons at my regular store. :BigHand:
