Not a whole lot to write home about. I only looked up the stuff that was actually on sale (rather than just advertised). Best deals are the freebie Nature Made vitamins. They are on sale for 50% off, and with the $1/1 Q in the Sunday SmartSource (which doubles to $2) the following are free:
