Hilton Head, SC - does the Bilo Double?

HI all - I'm new to couponing. We are on vacation in Hilton Head, SC -- and, of course, I brought my coupon book with me! I am planning my shopping strategy for tomorrow, and I was wondering if anyone could tell me if the Bi-lo here in Hilton Head, SC doubles -- it seems that the Publix does not. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
