Post the items you found at BiLo that you felt were good deals, with or without coupons including closeouts.

The items don't even have to be on sale. I know that sometimes I find things that are just cheap at regular price. If you used a coupon let us know.
I like to shop at BiLo but I have a Harris Teeter 2 miles from my house and it is just easier for me to shop there. But when there is a good deal I will make the trek to BiLo.

Not all items that are on sale are listed in the sales flier that is why I think we can use this thread.

I will start-My BiLo doubles up to $.99

Luzianne Coffee Sale price $3.50 (normally $3.99) used $.60 peelies (they had $1 peelies too).
Carl Budding Tub Turkey sale price $2.50 had $.55 peelies
Yoplait Gogurt/Trix had $1 store coupons that coupled with my $1/2 IPs made them a decent price, and the gogurts freeze well.
Yoplait cups had $.50 store coupons, coupled with my $.50/6 made them $.08 each!

Not all Bi-Lo stores double up to .99. It depends on the area and the competition. Here in SE Tennessee, it is only .60. Some places I've heard are .75. The last time they tripled here (January 2008), it was up to .99, but, after triples, it went back to .60.

Ok, so I found .75/1 any Kraft or Polly-O 2% Milk Natural Cheese(shreds, chunk, string, cubes or slices) blinkies in Bi-Lo. They are DND-5 and x2/28/09. I combined this with Bi-Lo's sale on Kraft 8oz shredded 2% sharp cheese that is 2/$5 to get each bag for $1. Pretty sweet deal considering most of the time the 2% is more expensive then the whole milk cheese. Oh yeah, I'm in Charlotte, NC where our Bi-Lo's double up to .99.

I am sorry if this has been mentioned elsewhere.

If you have some of the sweet sue chicken blinkies that were in foodlions and other stores from cycle 11 (November 08) The blinkies were for .55/1 can and expire 1/31/09. My stores everyday price of the 5oz chunk white chicken can is $1.09. So you only pay tax

They also work on the sweet sue chicken and dumplings (which have been seen on clearance in some stores) and the larger cans of chicken.

Hope this helps someone!!

Thanks for this..I took advantage of this deal today. I would not have thought to check for their Equal. They only had the 100pk box but it was BOGO although, it was posted. I scanned it to make sure it would ring up at 2.20 and it did. Although, the q kept beeping and so the mgr didn't know why and I so I told them it was because the q was for more than the product and so he'd need to price adjust. It was still a good deal with the juicy juice though. Thanks again!!!

My stores ring their bogo items up 1/2 price, so I would still be paying for part of mine. They are careful to scan your bonus card early on in the order too, so that wouldn't help. I would be super excited if I could get it free too.

For the GG steamers, my store will automatically double any coupons IP or otherwise as long as they start with a 5 not a 9. I did have one manager yesterday try to hand enter a blinkie that said DND but started with a 5 so that it wouldnt' double. I kindly asked him to just remove the item from my order so I could purchase it at another store that would allow my coupon to double.

I got 10 bags of steamers...I thought I paid too much....My coupons only doubled to $.89! and that is both the IPs ($.60) and inserts ($.50)!
What a pain! That is $1.10 that I paid too much! I usually check this stuff before I leave the store.
I guess I need to go back to that store and show them. Great, that should be fun...

UPDATE-I went back and showed the manager what happened on my receipt, after MAKING SURE she gave me my $1.10 back.

The Wish-Bone Bountifuls Tuscan Romano Basil flavor was on closeout at my Bi-lo for $1.33. I used my $0.60/1 q and got it for $0.13 after doubling.

Also, the Heartland whole grain pasta is BOGO. Regular price is $1.50. I used my $0.55/1 q, and they paid me $0.35 to take it home. :BigHand:

There is a coupon in this week's ad for $2 or $4 off printer cartridge ink refills good though the end of Feb. We paid $13 for 1 refill at an office store. I got 3 with coupons for the same $13. I am going to have to figure out how to use less ink!

If you use your own bags, and they can be from ANYWHERE (I use food lion and harris teeter), they will credit you $.05 per bag.

I usually go through Uscan and scan it all all myself, if you tell the person at the head of it all they will credit your uscan. Also the cashiers in the normal check out know how to do it too.

I have gotten all the way to paying (I mean I had already inserted some money) and asked to have them put it in and they can do it then. I have also forgotten until after I pay (Oldtimers disease I guess) and they give me the money at customer service.

If nothing else it helps pay for that 2% food tax we have to pay in NC. Food Lion bags are good (the ones that were free from the Scott/Clorox promotion) they are smaller and hold less so I get to use more bags.

I'm in Chattanooga, TN, and some of the many Bi-Lo stores in town refuse to give bag credit. My fav store gives it automatically. Some time back, after sending an email about it to headquarters, I received a call from someone at Bi-Lo headquarters, Burle something-or-other. I wish I'd kept his name. He said that he sets policy for the bag credit and he was going to inform every store that they give bag credit IF THE CUSTOMER REQUESTS IT. He said he was doing this because there had been a backlash when they cut it out altogether for a short period of time. It's a nickel a bag. It won't buy your groceries but it is nice to receive it. He also said that it didn't have to be a Bi-Lo bag, although he was trying to encourage people to buy them, it could be a reusable bag with any logo on it.

If anybody has an "inside" person at Bi-Lo headquarters, try to find out what Burle's last name is, please.

I think we are lucky that we get a nickel a bag since yes they pay for those cheap plastic ones they are not paying a nickel each...some stores only give 2 or 3 pennies.

At one of my stores I have had them see my bags and ask how many I had to give me credit. I typically only use 2 or 3 since I do only small orders (usually only buying FAC or nearly FAC items).

I didn't know about the bag credit until someone posted it on here several months ago. I remember at first when I asked for it some of the cashiers didn't know how to do it, but now they all know how to do it.

Just thought I'd put my little 2 cents in with my deals!

2 Sweet Sue chicken broth
2 French's spicy mustard
3 French's worcestershire sauce
1 Crest toothpaste
1 Suave conditioner
2 Suave shampoos

GRAND TOTOAL OOP: $1.32!!! WOO HOO!!!

The Suave shampoo and conditioner is on closeout for .74 each! They also have Suave hairspray and kids shampoo on closeout. For the Suave products you can use the $2/3 or the $1/2 coupons. They won't be free, but pretty darn close!!

My bi-lo's have the 80? count (i've put them away in the top of the closet without looking) Puffs facial tissue with vicks on markdown for .89 cents. I used the .25/1 from the parade a few weeks ago and got them for .39 each. Not free but a gda. I love the smell of the vicks in the tissues.

They messed mine up when I got them last week. I didn't realize they were still on sale this week.

WHen I took in my receipt and showed her what happened (though it took some simplifing on my part) she did refund me what was owed.
