Hen House Market ~ P&G insert - FREE @ HenHouse?

I'm not an incredibly regular HenHouse shopper.

I stopped at the HH on BlackBob in Olathe today to grab the Crest white strips pemium & next to the weekly ad, there was a HUGE stack of BOTH of the December P&G. Is this something new? Is it just a one-time thing? Do all of the HenHouses have it & I just missed it?

I am pretty sure that is a quirk or quinky dinky. I have never noticed a stack of P&G's there before. Sounds like some Angel shops at Hen House!

:shrug7: I think it's more likely that they are from the P&G partnership that Hen House has. Have you seen their Sunday ad lately - where they tell you which coupons to use from the P&G?
I think it's awesome. I hope it's something that they continue to do.

I picked up a 12/14 because I didn't get one that week & it seemed slim. The $1/1 tide was in it though...

It sure would beat buying a newspaper the week that it's P&G only.

I wonder if the one on College Blvd does the same thing? That is the store that I frequent the most, but I never take an ad when I'm in there. I will check it out next week & will let you know.

Where in the store WAS this beautiful stack of P&Gs? I usually don't shop at HH, but their ad is looking pretty good lately! I have a hair appt. in the same shopping ctr. my HH is in tomorrow. Would love to stock up on some P&G!!!

In the Olathe Store:
As you walk in, look to your right, as if you were picking up a store flyer.
They are there, between the store flyer and the "what to buy with this week's P&G" flyer.

If they are still there, you will see them.

Yep! That's my store, and they DID have a big stack, up front in a wooden stand by the checkout in the cafe section. I took a couple, but there were quite a few left. I was wondering about that...


ALSO, since you're in the area, a wee little tip, although you may know this already; the Sun paper (not SUNDAY, just "The Sun") is a freebie, and usually has inserts in it, but can be very hard to find a box. There's one in front of the Mr. Goodcents at the corner of Pflumm and College...:whistle67:...it has 3 different inserts in it this week...:whistle67:...including the SS with the Electrasol...:whistle67:

My guess is that P&G will be a regular fixture at HH.
It was there for 12/14 & 12/28... Keep an eye out for it in January.

Right? Discovered this a couple months ago, and have done a lot less dumpster-diving lately...

Not only are they FREE, they are many times AHEAD of the Star; that is, one of the Red Plums that came in the Wednesday edition is dated Jan 11th! You can get a good jump on everyone else, although I have yet to see them have a P&G. Oh well, like I'm gonna complain.
