Why are Cellfire coupons not available to all Smith's? I entered my zipcode on the website and they said it was not available in my area...should they not be available at all Smith's locations?

for me...there is no Kroger in my zip code. I just go in and change my zip in Cellfire to a zip that I know a Kroger is in...and...Viola!!! love CF!!
