From Dec 31 - Jan 6, save an extra $15 off your next shopping trip when you spend $30 on participating items (see page three of your ad). It's a P & G/Better Crocker sale with some pretty decent prices on things. THREE $5 catalinas should print out.

Factoring in the $15 OYNO catalinas for each $30 dollar purchase, here's the break down of price points (number of items for $$ = individual price (price after you factor in catalina). After each price point, I have added some of the things I thought were really good deals with their final price after you factor in the double coupons. If you spot any others, post them and I will add them to the list.

I don't have a wee one in diapers right now but I thought $4 for a jumbo pack of Pampers is a really good deal. Also, the wipes for .25 a tub isn't anything to cry over either. Well, maybe with joy if you are needed to stock up. :)

Awesome! I updated the original listing but I don't know how to put your name beside it with a link so others can rep you. Any suggestions? :)

i don't quite get the math.
can you put together an actual scenario of items to buy / coupons to use to get to $30 for the intial purchase?
my FF limits 2 like coupons doubled per transaction.
thanks!

thanks!

The stores I shop at only allow 2 of the same kind of coupon to double per transaction as well, so it does take a bit of planning to put the deals together but it's so worth it!

For my initial transaction, I wanted as little OOP as possible.

My first transaction:
2 Multigrain Cheerios $2 x 2 = $4
2 Total cereal $2 x 2 = $4 ($8 total so far)
1 Chex Mix $2 ($10 total so far)
2 Betty Crocker Frosting = $1.67 x 2 = $3.34 ($13.34 total so far)
4 Betty Crocker Potatoes = $1.67 x 4 = $6.67 ($20.01 total so far)
2 Oral B Advantage tooth brushes $2.5 x 2 = $5.00 ($25.01 total so far)
2 Crest Tooth pastes $2.50 X 2 = $5.00 ($30.01 total ~ .01 above that magical total we need for those gorgeous catalinas to print!)

TOTAL before coupons = $30.01

Coupons I used:
2 Cheerios MQ .75/1 (doubled) = $3
2 Total MQ .75/1 (doubled) = $3
1 Chex Mix MQ .50/1 (doubled) = $1
2 Betty Crocker Frosting MQ .50/1 (doubled) = $2
2 Betty Crocker Potato MQ .40/1 (doubled) = $1.60
2 Betty Crocker Potato MQ .31/1 (doubled) = $1.40
2 Oral B MQ .75/1 (doubled) = $3
2 Crest MQ .75/1 (doubled) = $3
Total of doubled MQ = $18.00

TOTAL OOP for first transaction after coupons $12.01 + tax

After you pay, the catalinas should print.

Hope that helps!

Yeah, what's that about? I hate it when things don't work out how they should and I have to draw attention to myself (and my coupons!). However, I wasn't about to walk away from $15!!! I will for a dollar, but not that much. I was nice about it and they eventually just put it on a card for me for which I am incredibly grateful.

How did your store resolve the problem?

Just a note: I originally thought these would roll onto the next order, but in very fine print on the side, they do state they aren't valid on Proctor & Gamble products. That makes it a little bit harder to keep your OOP down, but the after coupon/catalina prices still make the items a good deal.

On the upside, you can still use them for the Betty Crocker items in your next $30 order or some of the other deals this week, like the B1G2 Perdue chicken, milk, or the .98/lb country style pork ribs. They spend just like money where I come from! :BigHand:

How did your store resolve the problem?

One store put it on a card, the other just gave me the cash. Kind of a hassle but no where near as bad as it could have been.

I could just see the same thing happening at WAGs

"it didn't print because you used coupons"

"I know the ad says 'any' dawn dish soap but you didn't buy the same one pictured. SEE the letter 'D' on the bottle you purchased is a weeee bit different than the one in the ad"

"when it says spend $30 they meant you needed to spend $35"

"is that our ad?"

Oh my goodness, so funny!!! :hysterical: So true and so very, very funny.

On one of the Pampers transactions, I had a cashier say, "Well, you didn't get the right products." I had the exact products pictured in the ad and she was just flabbergasted. "Well, maybe it's because you used coupons." Then I pointed out that the transaction she had just rang up for me had went perfectly and I had used coupons on that one.

I really appreciate their customer service though - I LOVE shopping at my Farm Fresh!

Have you tried the cheerio snack bags yet? I also had a problem with them tonight....twice. The first time I was told it was only the 7.5 bags, which I did grab the larger 8 oz bag. They rerang the entire transaction using Chex Mix instead (my son didn't want the 7.5 oz bag because it was only the honey nut flavor) went through fine.

Next store I got the 7.5 bag as stated in the listing & it still didn't work.

So they're also on my list of things NOT to buy if I want to go smooth sailing through checkout.

Another thing......watch the Pantene. There are some on clearance for $2.54 so that could mess your total up. The one I got was a 2 in 1 & I want to say it had red writing on it.

I just went and bought exactly what I needed to. The catalinas didn't print. They told me that I bought the wrong products. I changed out for exactly what was in the picture, and it still didn't print. I know the catalina machine was working because something I bought triggered a different catalina. The assistant manager, who has tried to enforce false coupon policies with me before, told me through another worker, that it was because I used coupons. I had them void my transaction, and I walked out. I will speak with the store head manager tomorrow. I love how Farm Fresh seems to be "stepping it up" lately, but the customer service (other than the head manager) is horrible. It's not the first time I've had trouble...and depending on what they tell me, it may be a long time before going back to that store. I am mad but dissapointed because it is SO CLOSE to my house, and sometimes they have SUCH GREAT DEALS!

I went through Thursday and the cat didn't print. Customer service was really lost but finally the manager came down and said "was she on register 3?". That particular register wasn't printing the cat. Luckily, they were great and just took my bottle of Tide and rang it through the CS register and printed the cats.

Although they were pretty clueless, they were really willing to help.
