The purpose of the CVS Advisor Panel is to solicit your input about CVS stores, products and services, and to obtain your suggestions for how we can improve CVS. Your guidance is especially valuable as we strive to make your shopping experiences at CVS the best they can be.

Throughout the year, we will send you invitations to participate in online surveys about CVS products and services. If you choose to participate in our surveys, we thank you for your time by crediting your ExtraCare account with $5, $10 or $15 in ExtraBucks. In yahoo it was coded cvs/pharmacy as being the sender rather than cvs.com so I guess that is why it diverted it to spam - it looks like the email address is cvsadvisor@broadcast.rresults.com

Well I'm bummed big time:sad:. Just got an email from the advisory panel to do a survey this Sunday and after answering the questions to see if I qualified, I didn't qualify:sad:. It's because I don't get the CVS ad in the paper that comes to my door:shrug7:. I get it by viewing it on this website and then pick up one at the store when I go.

I could have had $10 added to my Extra card.

I signed up a few weeks back .It said I would get some ecb's just for signing up I have never got anything .I also have never gotten a survey invite either .
I don't know should I call them ?I also never get the $/$$ coupons either

Yes, I signed up and got an offer to do the exact same survey almost immediately. Had to call them, however, to get my $10 in EBs. They didn't print on my receipt like they said they would.

I signed up for this a couple of months ago, I did one survey and received my $10 ECB, but I haven't heard anything from them since. I've gone in and updated my info and everything with them. Maybe I should call them to see whats up. I love doing paid surveys.

Yes - I love those surveys! I signed up last year and have been asked to do a survey 3 different times. Once it was a $10 ECB, the others were $5.

When you do these, be aware of the date it says your ECBs will print... it's usually a few weeks from when you complete the survey...

Earlier today I had an email from the CVS Advisory Panel that I had signed up for a while back. It was asking me to participate in a short 10 minute survey. The survey really only did take me 10 min and afterward I was immediately able to print out a $5 ECB to use in store. :BigHand: They also send you an email with a link to print out the ECB in case you need to print out later or don't have access to a printer at the time you finish the survey.

I hope they send me more and that they are all that easy. :biggrin:

Anyone else signed up for this? I did a while ago and got my first thing emailed today. They are asking me to participate in a survey Sunday while looking at both CVS and Walgreens Ads. Once I finish I will have $10 ECBs to print. So excited! So if you signed up for this be on the look out for that email.

Unfortunately I was at a wedding when I got the invitation so I figured, oh well, I'll do the next one.
I was excited when I received an email stating that they extended the deadline until today :)

I just got an invite to a $10 ecb survey in my email. It is an advertising survey and they want you to have both a CVS and a Walgreens ad from this coming Sunday available when you are taking the survey. I had to take a short quiz to see if I qualified and then it said to watch my email Sunday Morning (the 20th) and the survey would be there. Have until Monday to complete it and can immediately print a $10ecb! Sweet!!:BigHand:

CVS sent me an invite to participate in a survey this morning and if I qualified to take it and completed it, I was to receive a printable coupon for $15 off my next purchase.

So, if you get the survey, to qualify it's wanting to know whether or not you own a smartphone or plan to get one.
I've been trying to take this survey for the better part of the morning. I found out I "qualify", but have had to wait and log back on 3 different times because there is an error and the page gets lost. So far I'm only 38% done. It's really annoying, so hopefully I'll be able to get the $15. Otherwise I'm going to call on Monday to complain.

I got the $15 one today too. I was excited! I just had one not very long ago, so I wasn't expecting another one this soon. And this is the first one I've had that was for more than $10. FYI, you don't have to have a smartphone to qualify (I don't have one and still qualified). I think just having any type of cell phone is good enough. The survey is about how you would potentially use certain pharmacy services with your mobile device.

Yes, it is allowed!!! And btw, I LOVE how they print out immediately now. I hated waiting 2 weeks and then usually I'd have to call b/c they never printed.

I did my very first survey too and got the $15 ECB! :) I was really excited because after being away for a couple weeks, I used my ECB's to pay for allergy meds while I was gone, so I was starting over with $0...until I got the survey!

I'm not sure exactly, but I know it was at least a few months for me. I had forgotten all about it until the other day when I got the survey!! :)

I received the email Sunday morning. It was already in my inbox when I checked my email around 8am. I was getting ready to leave the house, so I decided I'd wait and do the survey later in the day. I got back home to discover my in-laws had decided to make a surprise visit. They ended up staying all day and I forgot all about the email until this morning! I couldn't believe I had forgotten! Well, I decided to try the link anyway this morning, and it still worked. I completed the survey and at the end I got to print $10 extra bucks right away! yay!

So, have your mom check her email again and be sure to look in any junk mail or spam folders. The subject on my email said "We would like your opinion for Extra Bucks" so keep an eye out for those words. It might not be too late to do the survey.

When she clicked the link, it had said it was over. The lady did tell her that she would put her on the list for the same survey that will be available in two weeks, so hopefully she'll get that one in time to participate! :)

I did a survey today and it says that I will receive an email with the ECB reward at the close of the study. Does anyone know when that will be? It was on the pharmacy part. I remember when I used to get the ECBs pretty much right away.

I did one today and in the initial invitation with the link to the survey it told me what day of the week I could expect the email with the link to the ECB. In my case I got the email Friday and it said on Monday I will receive the email with the link to the ECB.

Did the pharmacy one last night and had the $5 e-mail tonight. So excited to finally start getting surveys--I got two within the last three weeks. Much easier to have them just give me the ECBs without having to do all the coupon clipping, figuring deals, and running from store to store :giggle2:.

I've gotten 2 total. I think the first one was fast but after that nothing for a year and then I got one and now nada again. It's weird how some get so many and others little. :shrug7:

I got a survey on 4/20. I didn't qualify so I only got $2 Extra Bucks. If I had qualified, I would have gotten $5 Extra Bucks. The survey asked for age, zip code and what products I purchased. I checked most of the products but didn't check the right things to qualify for the $5 Extra Bucks.

I can a lot of the receipt "call here" satisfaction surveys and the store will give me a choice of a chocolate bar to call in :giggle2: Seriously, that's it :smile:

Me too!! :) How do you know it will be sent to you by May 7th? Did you get an email about it? When I finished, I didn't see any message with the coupon or notification of when it will be sent :(

I got this one too. This is what it said in the email asking you to complete the survey:

To thank respondents who qualify and complete this surveyyou will receive an email from CVS no later than May 7th, 2010 with a link to print a coupon for $15 in Extra Bucks*. In the event that you do not qualify for the survey after answering the first few questions you will also receive an email by May 7th to print a coupon for $2 in Extra Bucks*, as a thanks for your willingness to participate.
Please Note: You will not receive your coupon automatically after completing this study, you will receive an email by May 7th with a link to print it.

Go here (https://www.cvsadvisor.com/Home_gray.aspx) and sign up. I have never gotten one and a couple weeks ago and went and re-signed up and got a $5 one last week.

I don't get a lot of surveys but I had one a few weeks back and qualified. I got the $10 in ECBs and it was a great feeling. They don't send them often but I am sure you all will qualify soon and what's better than free money?

Just tried to log in to myCVS advisory panel page and they've changed the sign in to requiring your email, so I hope maybe refreshing that will prompt a survey for me :biggrin:

maybe its different where i live but a customer right after he finished the survey told me it gives him the ECB's instantly to print, and i saw them just on computer paper, and a bunch of typing.. "thank you for your participation..."

Yes now you get an email link and print out and take to the store. I don't know if I like this. Because sometimes the stores give me problems with the email printed coupons.

Same here, oh well. My SIL got one the other day, comparing ads and got a $10 ECB, she hardly ever shops at CVS, go figure :rolleyes24: That's probably why she got the survey she did, to let them know which ad is more appealing.

I got a survey when I first signed up in Dec and none since. I emailed CVS last week and they said everyone should get approx 4 surveys a year but it depends on your answers to the questionaires they send and also on the info in your profile.

I got one the week before last and forgot to post. It was about generic vs non-generic drugs and 30 day vs. 90-day refills. I got 10 EBs.

I was able to take the $10EB and a $5/$40, pay $1.11 in OOP, and get almost $23 in EBs!! I got (1) Depends, (2) Right Guard, (1) Kotex U, (2) Crest Pro Health, (2) Nature's Bounty Zinc (finally something besides Vitamin D), and (3) bags of M&Ms!!

Since I didn't pay anything for the EBs that's a $22 profit!!! :BigHand:

I just got a survey in an email today about the minute clinic, if you don't qualify you still get 2$ ecbs but if you qualify you get 15$ ecbs!:flyingmoney: It took about 10 minutes for the survey and easy $15 ecbs made!

Got the same survey but only got the $2 ECBs. Have used Minute clinic several times don't know why I got eliminated. but it was just after the question of how I pay for healthcare. I answered I use insurance and pay a copay.
First survey I've gotten since signing up over a year ago so $2 is better than nothing I guess!

I got to the question about how do you pay for visits. I answered Use insurance but I have a copay and that was it for me. Perhaps the "right answer" might have been pay cash. No way to know since it's a combination of all your answers that determines whether you proceed or not. The surveys are only valuable to them if you answer honestly.

I got one on Friday about a new "store brand" name. I took the survey and qualified for $5 ECB, but I have to go to a library to use the printer. Does anyone know how long I have to print the ECB, and for how long it will be good? This may have already been asked here, but I didn't want to read 14 pages;) Thank you.

EDIT: I printed it; good until 7/3.

I signed up a little over a month ago. I got my first survey on Monday. I didn't qualify but, still earned $2 ECB. Then I got another one today. I qualified for that one and earned $10 ECB. I'm super excited! Now I just need to figure out the best way to spend them......

Just completed a survey about shopping for medication. got bounced out after I identified our pharmacy benefits manager as Medco. at least got $2 ECBs.

Previous survey was 3 wks ago which was first I'd received since signing up a year ago.

and forgot to mention, it went straight to spam mail be sure to check before deleting your junk folder.

I got one about 2 weeks ago, asking what I'd bought and why. I got another one today, and it DQ'd me after I told them I didn't have any chronic health problems. Well, $15 ECBs would be nice, but I'm glad I have my health. :)

Maybe that's why I have never gotten a survey, we don't buy meds at CVS and so it's not tripping something?

Oh well, I lose. Heck, I never get ANY CVS emails, ever, for anything. And I have checked a few times, I'm signed up to get email promos, ads, etc.

Their system doesn't seem to work so well.

I got one too...we dont buy our medicine at cvs but i did qualify for the survey. it was a pretty lengthy one, but well worth the $15 ECB's. Plus I think it had to do with how much medicine my husband and I are both on, and chronic medical problems...bleh, its not fun when you think of why i qualified.

I finally got an opportunity after 6 months and it's a good one! It prequalified me, and accepted me for a survey Sunday that will want me to compare Wags and CVS ad's....for $10ECB..WHOOP WHOOP. Free trashbags here I come!
