What do you do when the peelie is so sticky that you cant put it in your binder (or wherever)?

I have 2 from Hillshire Farms (I think) and now they are stuck together on top of my microwave stand...don't know what to do with them LOL:whistle67:

Sometimes if you stick 2 corners together and pull apart you can get one to lift up enough to peel the sticky off...;)

If they are stuck together, sandwich them between a couple of sheets of wax paper and iron with a slightly warm iron. Just enough to soften the glue, so you can pull them apart.

Then when they are separated you can try:

1. Wipe with a paper towel that has been dipped in vegetable oil. The oil will help remove the sticky stuff. This works better if the coupons are made of the coated paper, so the oil doesn't absorb into the paper.

2. Place each coupon in a baggie. If only one side is sticky, you can cut away the excess baggie so that only the sticky part is stuck to a bag.

Follow Grandma Lewis' awesome instructions for getting them apart! Then I usually just stick them to a piece of waxed paper and then put the waxed paper and coupon in my binder. Otherwise you end up with sticky binder pages!

I lay stickie peelies on cling wrap, then cut around the edges. Since the cling wrap is perfectly clear, it has never been a problem for store scanners.
