Toady when I was at RA, I saw that the Loreal Bijou and Jet set line of nail polishes all had signs underneath them : $1.99, temorary reduction. My friend also find them in Walgreens at 75% clearance.
I think either there entire line is being discontinued or just the summer colors.
Too bad there are no current Loreal nail color cpns out.

I found Snuggle "Cuddle Up Fresh" 80 ct. for 50% off. They were regularly $4.99. This would be a good deal with the 40 cents off coupons. I used up all mine at Walgreen's, but I bought these anyway.

There were also small boxes of Tide for 50% off plus some 40 ct. Downy sheets plus some Downy liquids (don't remember which scent). The Snuggle was a better deal, though, for me.

Last week in my Rite-Aid (Eastern WA) I found GE Compact Fluorescent Lightbulbs on clearance & 50% off which made them .50 cents each! They are the same bulbs they sell for $9.99, but were packaged slightly different for an "energy saver promotion" a while back. They even come with a 5 year warranty (just save your receipt). At this price, they will pay for themselves in no time! :smile:

I don't know if anyone but me would find this a nice clearance deal. But, they have the Xtra liquid detergent on 50% off clearance. The 128 oz bottles are $1.74 and the 200 oz bottles are $2.75. Probably not super great. But, better than the $1.99 best sale price I ever find on the 128 oz bottles.

I went to Eckerd today and bought the Loreal Hair color that is BOGO. I used a 5.00 off 2 coupon. I paid .89 for each box of hair color that is usually 6.00+.

I went to RA yesterday and found some Garnier face scrub in the 75% off box. I also had a $1 off manu coupon so it came to $1.67. Come to later find out I also got a $3 rebate! Too bad it was a limit of 1!

Lots of hair color + hair accessories, odds and ends shampoos and gels etc. [Aussie, Dove and some I wasn't familiar with] reduced to 50% in our store today [s.e. GA] - matched up with c/o's they all came to $1-3.50 ea. Among other hair color products, I bought 2 boxes of that awfully expensive Couleur Experte from Loreal - originally $21.99 -50% - $7 c/o = $4 ea - for $4 I decided to give it a try to see if it is as good as the price suggests...

It got better than that though - when I checked my receipt she took $13.50 off [for clearance] leaving me with $8.49 - $7 c/o = $1.49 per box - :RockOn: !!! I am sure there are some refunds for various hair color brands out there to make that one even better.

Saw double packages of the Almay Mascara for $4.99 - $1c/o = $2 ea Mascara. Not bad.

Pantene is $4 a bottle - however with the B1G1 and the RiteAid $3/2 c/o x2, I got 4 bottles for $2. I specifically asked her if I could stack manufacturer c/o's on top of the Rite Aid c/o's and she said yes. [Her quote was "as long as the register doesn't beep - they will take the c/o's" Cool!] Those c/o's were in a booklet on the Pantene cardboard display - there are bunches of them in that booklet!

Olay 2 pack soaps were on sale for $1.99 - $1 c/o from the Sunday paper made it .99 for me. I got the last 4 on the shelf :biggrin:.

They also had the Loreal Vive in double packs [I think the second was a conditioner] for $4.99 on an endcap int he store - I gave the rest of my B1G1 + $1 c/o's away in this weeks trains and didn't buy any more, but for all of you that missed out on the CVS deal 3 weeks ago - here is your chance to get 4 bottles on 1 BOGO coupon!

All in all I bought 72 items which at full price + w/out c/o's would have come to roughly $195, with half price + c/o's I paid $46.59 and that included $6.40 in tax. To top it off - I went early when they just opened this morning and there was only 1 lady working this early - she was the nicest cashier that I had in ages anywhere - absolutely relaxed + friendly, helpful and not bothered by me bugging her several times [although she was busy] because I couldn't find the items I was looking for. She'd get my vote for perfect customer service - I have got to call or email them to let them know how pleased I was with her.

Our Rite Aid has Dawn Ultra dish detergent clearanced for 50% off of $1.99, so with the coupon from Sunday's paper, that's $0.50 a bottle. If you HAVE to have Dawn like me, it's a great deal!!

I went to my Rite-Aid today and they had the Swiffer Carpet Flick on clearance for $7.49 and refills for $2.24. I had a $3 coupon for the Carpet Flick and a .50 for the refills from a booklet I sent for from P&G.

So ... OOP, I paid $4.49 for the Carpet Flick and $1.74 for the refills.

I also had money left on a gift card after a Rx transfer, so I paid about $3.50 total.:smile:

YMMV, because the wording seems ambiguous to me, and the manager agreed. "$5.00 off with coupon any Vextra electronics or Digital Photo Frame $19.99 or above."
I wasn't sure if the "$19.99 or above" applied to both items or just the digital frame, and the manager looked at it and said I could use it.

I found a few things on clearance today at my local Rite Aid/Eckard. What I found - Dove Pro-Age lotion 8.5 oz for $4.24 each also had $1.50 off coupons so I got two for $2.74 each. They had some other Dove lotions on clearance too. I also noticed they had Healing Garden items on clearance too.

Hope this is in the right place; it's a "temporary price reduction" not a clearance. Ascensia (Breeze/Contour) monitors were $9.99 at my RA (in NW GA). I didn't buy one...I tend to be watched closely ("Frank come to the front please" almost every time I walk in). They have the rebate stickers on them, so that could be a money maker especially if you have a Q.

I'm not sure if this stuff is clearance just because of the remodeling, or if it may be clearanced at other stores as well.

Also, they had lots of other stuff:

almost all wine had TPR prices, seemed to be about 25% off

lots more stuff I forgot either 50% or 75% off

Keep in mind they are remodeling, so there is a fine layer of dust on almost everything, so I wouldn't want the pasta or anything else the dust may seep into, but fine for anything sealed well.

This could be a YMMV. But, yesterday, my mom found the big packages of gum (like 17 sticks) on clearance for $0.29. I became the beneficiary of several packs of peppermint, polar ice and winterfresh flavored Extra gum (probably because i'm always whining about sugar free gum being so expensive -LOL). She also got some packages of Juicy Fruit. Most likely a YMMV. But, worth looking for anyway.

I found the same deal, although they may not be marked. I was in two different RAs on Friday and Sat and they were marked 75% off. A third RA on Sunday had nothing marked. Because I knew the Extra had been in the other stores, I asked them to do a price check. Sure enough, $.29/15 stick pack. I also saw some 50% off stickers on the Big Red and some of the candies.

I bought some Nivea Men's shaving cream for my husband, it was on clearance for .75, and I had a $1.00 off coupon. It was on the receipt with my rebate stuff. It popped up 1.00 rebate on Nivea. Let's just say I was pretty excited that I paid nothing for it, and got a $1.00 back. The rebate is $1.00 on any Nivea Men's product. There was nivea coupons in this weeks paper, so be on the lookout.

At my local DE store, there are some Loreal lipstick varieties on clearance for $1.99. There were $2 Q a couple weeks ago (sorry - I don't know the dates) for Bare Naturale or any other Loreal lip product so these are free, plus count towards the Loreal & make up bag rebates. I love RA :)

It is the VisibleLift lines I think that's the name lol it starts with visible -in my area too. I bought a lipstick a couple weeks ago and have bought some foundation and powder on clearance for $3.99 and used the $2 off coupons. I'm in Vanc. Wa. None of them have shown up on my rebates page though, not even the regular priced Loreal make-up I bought on the B1G1 sale... so I may have to call. There is $1 off coupons in the kmart beauty book, they also had the healing garden for $1.12, the beauty books also has 50 cents off of those, unfortunately I didn't keep those ones. but anyway Calgon ends up being 12 cents a bottle. Herbal Essence shampoos and conditioners at 75% off; I think they were one type for volume and one type for wavy hair. I also found Clairol Natural Instincts hair color at 75% off in the brunette and auburn tones. With Qs these would be an excellent deal!

I went to ra today and they have GE energy smart light bulbs for .99. I used a $1.50/2 mq ss 1-04-09 my oop was .62. These are the same bulbs that used to be near the front of the store in a display. This is my VERY FIRST post, so I thought I'd start off by adding a deal my husband (of all people) found yesterday while on a trip for me to Rite Aid.

GE energy saver (CFL) lightbulbs were on clearance for $0.99/3pk. That's $0.33/bulb! We now have enough lightbulbs to last us until armageddon. I *think* he even said there were single packs for $0.75, so after SCR#104, it would be free for 2. I haven't gone back yet to confirm the single packs, but the 3-packs are still a GDA.

I stopped into Rite Aid tonight to check and see what they had on clearance. There was some 50% - 75% off shampoos. I got the Garnier Fructis on clearance for $2.10 - a $1.00 coupon.. so $1.05. Not free ~ But cheap. I am not sure how much the Sunsilk was but after coupon I am sure it would be around $1.

They also had the Glade Plug in Fan Hawaiian Breeze Scent for 75% off. Should have been about $2- $2.50 and then with a coupon on top of that?! {I dont know if there is a coupon for that.. but great deal if there is}

My Rite aid had awesome clearance deals last night when I went. They have Gillette Fusion Hydracool aftershave lotion clearanced from $5.99 75% off, so around $1.50 and then there were $1 off coupons in today's inserts. I'm going back tomorrow to get 2 more! Also they had some Nexxus shampoos and conditioners 50% off, so I got two for $7.99 and there's a $7SCR. The veet bladeless razor kits are clearanced to $3ish, but I didn't have any coupons so I didn't get any. Happy couponing!!:smile:

rite aid in Chersterfield VA has Aquafresh white trays 75% off - total is 3.64 I think, and they work with the $5.00 manu Q from several weeks ago. Sorry, don't remember which week. You can also get printable coupons from the links here at hcw. Also, speed stick, old spice, gillette, suave deoderant all 75% off clearance which makes them about .84 each. Use the $2.00 on 3 suave coupon and you'll get 3 for about .25 plus tax!

So I went to one of the RiteAids tonight and they have had the Olay Pro-X starterkit on clearance for a few weeks 75% off so I decided to try it. $68.99 is the reg price 75% off makes it $17.24, but the cashier had to go get a calculator and said 68.99/3=22.99. I did the math on my phone calc and tried to explain to her how to calculate prices and she called the manager over...he did the math and I was correct and she kept saying "Whatever I still think I am right and not you." For those who scrapbook (like me)...I found Duck brand adhesive runners for 75% off, making them $1.07. That is an awesome deal for Duck because they usually cost a lot more than that. I've been to several stores in my area. Some have them marked on clearance and some do not but they've all been ringing up $1.07. Depending on how your store is set up, they are either with the adhesives or the school supplies. HTH someone! :)

Just thought everyone would like to know that the l'oreal rebate works on clearance items (but only get clearance price credit). They had TONS of lipstick and such on clearance for $2-$3. Combine these with the HIP $2 coupons and you can get 5-6 items to reach the $13 limit, then get the $5 rebate. If you have the right coupons, it can turn into a MM.

My friend went to Rite Aid today and picked up a couple of clearanced Maybelline products she was going to use with some coupons. They wouldn't let her! The cashier said they don't accept coupons with clearanced items! So she called another Rite Aid in town and the manager told her the same thing. Then she called corporate and was told the same thing! Is this a new policy? I think it's ridiculous! They still get reimbursed for the coupon, so what is the problem with their customers trying to get a good deal? Just a FYI for everyone...my local RAs have taken new clearance markdowns. I found several things today that were not on clearance even a few days ago. Notable finds:

Scrubbing Bubbles bathroom cleaning wipes. These pair nicely with the $.75 any Scrubbing Bubbles insert coupon from Sunday. They ended up being $1.49 post-coupon.

I also found the Glade Scented Oil Candle burners for $3.50 on clearance. I had $2 off coupons from inside the candle refill boxes on a previous purchase so my total on these was $1.50 post coupon.

Lots of other good stuff to be had at RA. Might want to check it out if you haven't been there in a while!

I went to another Rite Aid and they had Satin Care Shaving cream on sale for 87 cents and a gift pack Embrace Razor (it includes a razor, extra cartridge, sample shaving cream, sample olay lotion and a travel cover for the razor) for the same price as just the razor, $7. Combine that with the Free shaving cream with purchase of an Embrace Razor coupon and the $2 coupon with the $5 rabate and it's all free (I just have to pay tax in my state).

Also, Phisoderm is on sale for $3.99 this week. A lot of the products have a $2 coupon attached and if you buy three products you receive a glam bag w/samples.
