You know, they actually aren't bad. I'm usually a Pampers kinda Mom, I've tried 4+ different store brands, White Cloud, Luvs, etc. They ALL were less than stellar, IMO. Pampers #1, Huggies #2.

Well, the Aldi's diapers were actually decent. I bought some out of desperation. The only diaper I had in the diaper bag was missing the sticky tape. So I bought these, and it actually turned out to work great!

Good to know. I used them om 1994 with my first and they were terrible. It's great to know they have been improved. I may have to give them a try.

I guess it depends on your baby's shape and gender, too. My friend SWEARS by Luvs (which ironically are made by P&G, which also makes Pampers), but DD leaks through them like you would not believe.

Good to know. I was wondering about them this past Saturday when i was in there. Right now, DD is in Luvs and we have had no leaking or blow out issues with them. However, she's a heavy night time wetter so we have to put her in Huggies Supremes. They are, so far, the only diaper that can hold up to her night time diapers.

Is size 5 the largest size they make?
my son is 2.5yrs and I have been using sz. 5/6 pampers/huggies/cvs & wags brand diapers on him.

I really liked the Aldi diapers. EXCEPT both of my girls broke out with diaper rash with them. Fluke? Normally we us Luvs.

That being said, My 8 month old leaks poop up the back in Luvs at least once a day when she has a blow out. Neither of my other two kids have done that. But the 8 month old does fine when she pees in the Luvs.

How much do ALDI diapers cost?

I honestly don't remember. I do remember it was a little bit cheaper than the Luvs per diaper. For some reason .13 cents a diaper sticks in my head. Or .12 cents.

We buy Luvs size 3 at Walmart by the case.

I don't know how much they are, but I've done the math before and they were more than the Parent's Choice diapers at Walmart, which is what we normally buy. Most diapers are *okay* with us, the only ones we've had trouble with is Huggies (serious leakage when she didn't even poop and hadn't had the diaper on very long at all, etc). Good to know that the Aldi ones are okay, we haven't tried those yet.

I bought some today and they are very similar to other store brands. I paid $5.79 for a jumbo pack size, 34 diapers in size 4.

i also agree that these are great for the price. if i'm at aldi's i pick up a bag.

i recently found that dollar general premium are really, really good. they are $6. they have thick closure, hold great, and run BIG!!!!

simple and at a reasonable price.

im trying to figure out my walmart they used to carry the white cloud diapers but they still carry the white cloud pull ups im trying to figure out if they still carry the pullups why dont the carry the diapers too and has anyone tried the best choice diapers or always save diapers they usually have ultra thin on the package but the last thing i would want in a diaper is for it to be ultra thin or even just thin cause im picturing blow outs or leaks and i dont trust parents choice diapers had one on my friends kind blow out and another time leak and leak clear through a slip cover and into the couch took a really good deep cleaning to get it out of the couch so i will never use that brand when i have kids
