This is a question especially for those without a major grocery chain store close by. I am just curious....fortunately I have a BBros that dbls & triples and I have an HEB, Kroger & SWalmart within 5 miles, although I am mostly Kroger loyal, I do shop BBros when its a good deal, or if I need something quick. What are your thoughts on your neighborhood BBros?

its high as a cats back and very seldom worth my time. I even filled out their customer survey the other day stating this.

I dont have an option. its BB or SWalmart.

Where BF lived a few months ago, it WAS the only game in town. Their prices were through the roof. I would go in for like one thing and just be shocked when I left. Easily double (non-sale) big city prices...

My BBrothers has high prices, I only go when there are good deals. BUT its a very nice very clean store. I do wish they doubled and tripled coupons. Lucky for me, I have other grocery stores to shop at and good deals.

In our town BB is our only option for a grocery store, although there is a Dollar General. Fortunately there is a Walmart 20 min north (& an HEB) and another 20 min south.

Our BB is always very high priced but some of the deals are worth catching. No doubles or triples either.

Fortunately I am already in the nearest major city (Houston which is 45 miles away) twice a week for my son's appt. At least then I can shop Kroger, lol.

I only go there if I've forgotten something and need it quick. I cringe when I pay, but it's better than taking 30 min. to get one thing at WM.

I like my Brookshire Brothers here in New Caney. They still double and triple coupons. The employee's are really friendly. They take my IP coupons with no problems. I used my 3 free Kraft coupons from the sweeps there today. It is a older store, not pretty, but a comfy fit for myself. The prices can be much higher than Walmart, but the weekly specials are very good. They do have a issue with out dated items on the shelves. Watch out for things like baking powder or dairy products.
They carry canning items year round!

My store is awesome with the produce mark downs. Bags of apples, bell peppers, etc., I can as often as possible so the cheap produce works for me. Especially the marked down tomatoes off season.
