I was in there last wk. and butterball turkey were 99c lb.
I have never bought a butterball turkey because I have always thought they were so high priced.
But then again on the same note , I have never shopped adli until this mo.
so far I like it . I get milk for 2.85 gal. and bread, hd bun, hamburger buns. I looked around last week and saw a few things that I may try later.
I was wondering though if hams and turkeys go on sale at aldi? I would like to get a few for the freezer.

I hold out as long as possible to buy my turkey. Walmart has Norbest turkeys for .88lb right now. Last year i remember paying .59lb for my turkey at No Frills & somewhere near the same price at bag & save.

I also asked my mother-in-law and she said that sometimes close to Thanksgiving the prices can get as low as 69 cent lbs.
That would be great.
I would like to get some and a few hams. (comfort food) incase the winters get as bad as they say they are.
I also didn't see any mixed veggy (cans) at aldi's. Maybe I missed them.

I dont know about the Turkeys but every so often, Aldi here in Va will have a special where it is $5 off any Ham. Unfortunately, it isnt advertised so you would have to be lucky just to drop in that day.
