Does anyone have anything in writing that says it's okay to use Shortcuts q's and man. q's at the same time? I was getting the Green Giant frozen boxed veggies tonight, and the cashier noticed that the Shortcuts q's had already come off my total, and then she wouldn't take my man. q's. I told her they always had in the past, and she said that wasn't possible "because we just started doing these in the last couple weeks." Ummm...yeah. Actually, people have been using them for months now. But that's beside the point. Anyway, has anyone actually seen anything in writing?

Not sure. They have always worked for me in the past but in the last couple of weeks my Shortcuts coupons haven't been working. I emailed shortcuts but haven't gotten a response. Both times it was for items that would have given me overage so I'm not sure if that's the reason or what. I think most cashiers don't even know about Shortcuts.

It wasn't really an issue of whether or not it would work. It was that the cashier saw the Shortcuts deductions on my total and wouldn't even scan the man. q's. I also combined the q's on Cottonelle, and it worked. She didn't notice that.

My Kroger (OH) has never allowed it. :rolleyes24:That really stinks too b/c there are some good deals.Also, if they scuts come off automatically and don't double then you can't give them a manuf. that will double.

Good luck getting a response. I have emailed them twice about my card being attached to my account and then magically becoming unattached. I can't link it back up because it says it is already linked to another account! Haven't heard a peep back!
