Not sure if someone wanted to type up the whole ad, but I thought I'd start throwing out deals that I'm seeing.

Lots of free razors -

Bic Comfort 3 Advanced - BOGO save up to 5.48 on two - If you still have the 3$ off coupons, looks like they'll be free

Bic Comfort Twin or Twin Select - BOGO save up to 3.18 on two - This past Sunday has 2$ off coupons, so looks like they'll be free too!

Heinz Ketchup - 5/10$, buy 5 get 4$ oyno

Arm & Hammer essentials - 2.50 - there was a 1$ ip and there is a TMF form, so could be a MM.

Glad Products - 2/5$ and they're part of the Black & Gold Bucks items. Not sure about coupons.

Freshpet Fresh Dogfood - 25% off - there is a 3$ ip on their website I think. Would make some of it free, other's very very cheap :-)

Pop Tarts - 1.89 and there was a 55c mq in this past Sunday's paper. So 79 cents AC

Freshpet Fresh Dogfood
There are $3/1 Giant Eagle cats out there for this, too.
I believe that there is a 1 lb. roll that is regularily $3.

Heinz Gravy
There is a $1/3 IP available HEINZ® Home Style Gravy - Coupon (http://www.heinzgravy.com/coupon.aspx)
In the coupon database, a $1/3 insert coupon is listed, but it doesn't have the insert date - anyone know if this exists or which insert it's in?

Oh - I have one of those cats too! And I think there is one that is 2.99 or 3.19, and the others are regularly 4.99 I think. My mom's dog likes this stuff, and I get it sometimes for mine as a 'treat'.

Thanks for the Heinz link - my DH loves to make pillsbury crescent rolls and a bowl of Heinz gravy as a snack.

I noticed the Shop N' Save ad which came in the mail today has the $3 on 5 items, with Ketchup being one of them. It has the Shop N Save logo on it, but states that it is a Manufacturer's Coupon.

Reps to the first person to see if it beeps at a SCO!

I'm thinking that if the SnS and the Foodland ones have the same bar code that all systems should register them as mfr q's and therefore no beeping. I haven't seen the SnS ad yet (ours comes tomorrow) so I will compare them then.

Don't know if it'll beep but, it will lock the system (not let you scan any more q's or pay) and require the cashier to scan her card because it's a q with a value of $2 or more.

If memory serves me right, the previous Heinz gravy coupon had a long life as well. Makes me wonder if we will be getting a manufactures coupon soon....or hang tag.

Hefty trash bags are 2/7$ and there are 1$ mqs. Is 2.50 for 20 bags a good deal (13c/bag)? I haven't bought trash bags in a loooong time - we bought a box at Sams that lasted us over a year, and then when I did buy some at Target, they were defective and the company sent me a coupon for another box. So I have no idea what I paid, or what's a good deal LOL

DH likes the ones with the drawstrings...so gotta go with those. Anyone have any other suggestions on where to get trash bags (draw strings) cheap?

Although...I think the 45 ct Glad trash bags will be 4.99 (11c/bag) after the SCR at RA next week....but limit one rebate.

I got some Hefty 45 ct at walgreens in clearance for $3.99. Hope you find some too. Some of them are tagged as 3.99 and some are not. So I have to check the price before buying.

Hey everyone, don't make the same mistake I did on the razors. I picked up the Bic Soliel in addition to the Bic Comfort Advance 3. The Bic soliel is not on sale. I know, I know, the ad is clearly marked but I did it anyway. There were 2 ladies marking the shelves with sale tags so I probably wouldn't have made that mistake if they were finished and there was no sale tag there. I still got a ok deal because I had a $2 off coupon......
I was in a hurry before work so I should have been paying attention better!

The Shop n Save 3$/5 Heinz does NOT work on the ketchup at the SCOs... Tried everything I could think of and it just kept saying that coupon was not accepted. Might try again with something else though...lol

ETA - nope, nevermind...the barcode has a 992 in it - which means it'll freak out the SCO no matter what I think.

I posted this in the wrong tread: For those that like Heinz ketchup, I emailed the company awhile ago telling them how much I loved their product and they sent me a bunch of $0.50/1 q's. They arrived within a couple of days, so it might be worth a try here. They will double :)

So has anyone tried the $3/5 q's with a cashier yet? I have a great lady at my GE that bags for the SCOs and she's pretty good about approving q's, but I'd love to know ahead of time that it won't be a problem... I have three of them (they do NOT say one per purchase even - yay!) and I want to roll my cats from the Swanson deal this week!!!! Reps for a week for whoever posts about this first!

I haven't tried it this time but the last time the ketchup was on sale I tried to use a Shop N Save coupon from their circular and it would not scan. They read it, called over a supervisor and told me they would not accept it because it was a Shop N Save coupon.

A quick question for the pros: can you do the Heinz $4 deal more than once? I went to GE today and did the Heinz deal with gravy and ketchup once. I then repeated the deal in a separate transaction, but no $4 printed out. I was at a self check out, and I didn't have the time to stop by the customer service counter. I would like to go back and do it again, if the $4 is supposed to print out again, and ask CS for the $4 that didn't print out . Thanks

You should definitely have gotten the $4 again at the SCO if you purchased 5 items. When that happens to me, I head right over to CS and tell them so they can rescan my purchases and get my cat.

If you can't get them to give you the cat, call the catalina people (have your receipt in front of you) and they can mail you the $4 catalina. Their number is: 1-888-826-8766

You can definitely do the deal over and over (and use the $4 cat to pay for the next order)

I had the same thing happen to me today - got 5 ketchups and got the cat, then in the second transaction I did 5 TGIF snacks and didn't get it. I'm going to wait the 48 hours and then call them...didnt feel like dealing with customer service, I know they would have just gave me the money...but I hate doing that, seems like it's once a week I've had issues...so instead of bringing any more attention to myself I figure I'll just let the cat company deal with it lol

Forgot - I tried the Muir Glen tomato sauce and paste and it worked. First transaction I did 6 diced tomatoes (1.79 and 1.89) paid 2.14 and got the 3$ cat. Second I did 3 tomato sauces (2.09) and 3 tomato pastes (1.39), paid 2.94 and got the 3$ cat. I used the 75c insert coupon for everything but the pastes...didn't want to waste the coupons if it didn't work, so I used a 1$ ip on those ;-)

Thanks for your help on the catalina that didn't print. I went back to rechecked my receipt and I had 2 spaghetti sauces and 3 Heinz gravy on that transaction. I was also able to find $1 coupons for the frozen Ore Ida mashed potatoes on the gravy jars, which will make those a better value. The Muir Glen is $3 OYNO for every $10 purchased. I would dare say if you spend $9.95, you will not get a cat, because the $10.05 is a seperate transaction, so it wouldn't include the $9.95.

The 50c/1 Angel Soft mq in today's RP goes nice with the 2/10$ deal - 2 coupons doubled will make the 12 double-roll packs 2/8$.

I did 3 transactions today, including 2 gallons of milk, 2 doz eggs, 2 things of Angel soft, 2 PPG papers, 5 Ore-Ida fries, 2 deals of muir glen tomato sauce and paste, and some other stuff I needed along with 6 oil warmers, spent almost 30$ and got back 34$ in oyno cats! I'm lovin' this!

My apologies to one of you if it was you I beat to the Glade warmers at Bethel Park today. I couldn't believe when I got there and there were actually 3 there. I only had one BOGO q so I was so excited. A lady stopped there literally seconds after me and was disappointed that they were gone. She was really nice about it and even made sure that I had a q to use. I didn't even think about asking her if she was from HCW till after I left.

Is anyone else tired of buying tomatoes :hysterical: I have over 50 cans of Muir Glen tomatoes and still have about 20 q's left to go (not to mention the 30 Cascadian Farms q's I have.) BTW, the MG tomato paste is $1.69 at SHV but $2.09 at Bethel. I would have thought it would have been the other way around. Just a reminder to everyone to check those shelf prices if you are shopping at a new or different store!

I was wondering if you were from HCW and coulda kicked myself for not asking you LOL. I was disappointed you got them but wanted to make sure you were using a bogo q to get them LOL. Glad it was someone from her instead of some random shopper.

I know LOL. The only other person from HCW that I've ever run into was Jakesmom and that was months and months ago.

That is too funny! I will definitely make sure to stop and chat the next time :wink7: I would have thought that the cart full of Muir Glen would have given me away as someone from here LOL! Sorry I beat you to them. Other than the 4 others I got at Kennedy those are the only ones I got. I only had 3 q's and used them all so the rest are all yours!!!

Definitely stop me if you see me again - I have extra of the bogo glade q's and I like to share.

I was so bummed that I missed the warmers that I didn't even think of looking in your cart.

I need to get my act in gear though - I missed out on 6 robitussin and 2 $10 rr's last night at Wags because I didn't have my q's when I stopped and by the time I got back there (Homestead) someone had gotten them. Then, right after I saw you, I went to wags and apparently left my cvs/wags coupon expandable there - with everyone's ecbs in it (I guess I was lucky that I didn't put the rr's I had just gotten in there too). I went back there and called them, but no luck - nowhere to be found.

Oh no - I am so sorry. I was at Wags at SHV before I went to GE so I wouldn't have seen your folder. Hopefully, it will make its way back to you!

Wags is getting tougher for deals. It seems like Pleasant Hills sells out the first day or two. SHV isn't much better. Homestead can still be good for deals but I rarely go that far.

I tried 10 gravy at once-only 1 $4 came out. I have been rolling it ever since so you should have got the $4 on your second order,

I am not sure where you live but when I went to my Giant Eagle today I did the weightwatchers, tgi fridays, and bagel bites deals twice and they didn't print. I know you can do them more than once b/c I always do them multiple times. I went to the CS desk and she scanned a ton of stuff and it would not print out. She said it must be something wrong in the system and she would call the main GE tomorrow and get me the coupons. I guess its just a Gliche in the system.

You guys have problems with stock at wags?? I went on a road trip saturday, hit 7 wags in the area. All but the Uniontown store had at least 3 Robis and gads of Lindt. I was actually thinking wow, I wonder how the heck the big city stores can be this well stocked with all the other couponers I know are around :giggle2:

What time did you go back to homestead PB? I was there about a half hour before close and there was plenty of robi. I don't believe they had any of the Max variety though if that's what you were after. I soo wanted to buy more lol but it was too close to closing time I didn't want to be a pain. :hectic1:

Didn't do too bad tho, I split my tansactions cause I got 4 total.

Transaction 1- spent $9.13
saved: $36.05, got $20 in cats

Transaction 2- spent $33.50
saved: $55.85, got $12.00 in cats

Free meat!!!

Ok, what's the deal with the oil warmers?
I've seen several posts about it but must have missed the original information.

It's a catalina deal - buy 1 glade oil warmer at $4.99, get $4 oyno.

We've been using the bogo q's - pay $4.99 for the first set of 2, get 2 $4 oyno. Then use one of the $4 cats to "buy" 2 more with another bogo q. You wind up with a $2.40 profit on each set after taxes.

Sorry, haven't posted in a while...

Did my Glade last week. I had 20 q's I got on auction site and had my local store order me 40 of them. I highly recommend preordering if your GE will let you. It was a smooth transaction. Now I have a my Glade, a nice smelling house and profit!

Thanks to whoever pointed out this deal to us!

Just curious, did they ring them up all in a single transaction and did 40 catalina's print out at once? I only buy a few at a time because I'm concerned they won't want me using that many coupons all at once.

Did you tell them in advance you had 20 coupons to use?

Glad it worked out for you. Thanks.

I did tell them I had 20 coupons and that is why I ordered them. The gal at Customer Service offered to ring me up because she has a cat machine there. I did orders of 6 and was using cats from other deals I had. I don't have my receipt in front of me, but I recall I did it like that because that was keeping my OOP as low as possible. They let me stack catalinas at that store too, so I was able to use cats and then was paying like .97 cents or something like that. Sorry to be vague, I got to find my receipts and I'll post more info. If your store doesn't let you stack catalinas then you can't do it like I did. The entire thing only took about 15 minutes to ring up at CS!

That's great they are so cooperative. Tried to use (2) $1.00 catalina's at my store yesterday and got the lecture from the supervisor, "I'll let it go this time but it's only suppose to be one per visit".

I wish they would let us do that. It would help keep the shelves from getting cleared out on some items.

I got that last night when I tried to use two identical cats. They did not specify one per order or anythign to that effect. The manager just overrode it. I was nice about it when she said you could only use one per order. I politely pointed out that nowhere on the q did it state that!

Well, I thought I had to split orders too. Two weeks ago I was buying a bunch of stuff and separated my orders so I could use cats. The cashier told me that I didn't have to, they would just override it with the key. I was surprised. The next time I went I asked another cashier and she said the same thing. I know they recently got a new manager at this store who personally told me she is trying to improve relations with customers!

Saturday I bought one Maalox liquid (regular strength, the red bottle) - I think it was sale price $4, and I used the $2 coupon from this week's paper. It ended up printing me out a $1 OYNO cat.

I think this is a hidden cat deal, not sure if it is a repost.

Bought 2 of the Dole fruit cups and got a .75 OYNSO. Not a lot, but hey, any little bit helps!

If your Walmart has the 11/21 issue of All You - this coupon is in there:

140 Buy two Ore-Ida Frozen potatoes and get a FREE Ore-Ida Steam n' Mash Potatoes

Don't know if the steam n fresh are included in the cat but, it's free potatoes either way LOL

Hope this isn't a duplicate question about one of this week's Cat deals.

Question: Did anyone do the buy 5 heinz items, get $4 OYNO this week? The ad just says $4 OYNO, but the cat that printed at my store says $4 off your next order of $40 or more. Did anyone else get one with a purchase requirement on it?

Vent: I didn't look at it until after I got home. It was a really frustrating trip. My store only ever has 1 or 2 registers open--they rely on the SCOs. I hate them, but there was a long line, so I relented. Big mistake. Does this only ever happen to me?!?! First it wouldn't scan half the items I had--cashier kept coming over, running one thing through, then leaving. We went through that cycle 6 TIMES. Then my coupons wouldn't go through. After 1 more trip I said please don't leave and handed her the rest of my coupons. She hit some button and POOF my order was gone. Had to rering everything, get a manager to retrieve my coupons, etc. I wanted to leave everything right there, but I already had over an hour invested in a 10 minute trip, so I went through unbagging and rebagging everything again.

I might have let it all go, but now I realize that I won't be able to use this stupid cat, because it will expire before I ever go back and spend $40 in one order. So frustrating!

Are you sure it is from the Heinz deal? My Heinz cat says Save $4 on your next shopping order at Giant Eagle! Compliments of Heinz. It also has a Heinz logo with a yellow box under it that says All About Family. There are no minimum purchase restrictions listed on it.
