BTFE, CLFE, Coke Codes, etc in database

We've added a couple general entries to the DB to make it easier to list BTFE, etc on your wish/have list. These are all in the DB with NED except the BTFE which we've cheated and called Rolling.

ETA: Updated list below.


Campbell's Labels for Education (CLFE), actual CLFE from product packages
Box Tops for Education (BTFE), actual BTFEs from product packages, expire in six months or later
Tyson Project A+ panels, actual panels from product packages
My Coke Rewards Codes, unused codes from product packages
Pepsi Stuff codes, unused codes from product packages
Pampers Gifts To Grow codes, unused codes from product packages
Disney Movie Rewards codes, unused codes from product packages


There are a couple of questions. 1) Is the six month time frame right for BTFE? 2) Do CLFE or Coke Codes expire? 3) Are there any other ongoing promotions you would like added?

1. ?? I think 6 months is OK. Most of the ones I have expire in 2010 or later
2. I don't think CLFE expire. They don't have exp dates on them like BTFE.
As of right now, the Coke Rewards program ends Jan 31, 2009, unless they extend it. Codes need to be entered by midnight 12/31/08.
3. Pepsi & Pampers Codes too. Not sure when the pepsi program ends. I think the Pampers program ends in March 09?? Unless they extend it again. Oh, also Disney has a points program, and that ends in 2/28/2010

The only time that a clfe expires is if it is a bonus cert. Otherwise, they are upc's, so they don't. I think 6 months is ok, although, there are 2 submission periods, that's why the btfe dates aren't every month. (ie 12/08 and 6/09..)

I'd like to see sticker's in there... (perhaps boys under 5, over 5, same for girls, or just one for boys/one for girls) then you could get into specifics in the trade dialog..

Also, what about UPC's...how would we have them on our wishlists?

I think in the next update of the database we will add a category(s) that would cover things like rainchecks, UPC's, stickers and maybe actuals.

My Coke Rewards has been extended, but, I don't know 'til when. Beginning Feb. 16, you will only be able to enter 120 points PER WEEK! They have also taken the best stuff out of inventory. About the only thing left of any value are the coke Qs.

Can anyone give me asuggestion to how I should make a q equivalent to a coke code? I have someone that wants $20 worth of q's and I dont know how many coke codes to ask for?
