May not be the best deal but I think this is the cheapest that I've seen these things.

Marsh has them reg. priced 1.49. Use your .25/off Any Downy Q from the 9/28 P&G which will double to .50 cents and get this for .99 cents.

I found it near the fabirc softeners, etc.

Not at all. It shouldn't either. The coupon is perfectly legal for this all. It says 25 cents off ANY Downy.
