Catalina Problem

I went to GE this evening and bought 10 of the Green Giant boxed vegetables and was hoping to get the $3.00 catalina. Nothing printed. I also bought the Yoplait whips in a separate order 24 of them and no catalina. Earlier in the week I did two other orders of 10 of the vegetables at the same store and received a $3.00 catalina each time.

I went at 8:30 at night. Does anyone think there is a chance that the system shuts down early since the sale is over at midnight? Normally, I would have thought, oh well, maybe my store doesn't go by shelf price or I did something wrong. Since I did this deal before and it worked it makes me think it's something in the system.

Green light was working on the cat machine.

I went to CS and they gave me a gift card right away for the yogurt but made me spend $5.00 to get the second $3.00 cat for the vegetables.

It was just working at my GE about a 1/2 hour ago - sounds like the machine was out of paper or ink

sometimes the green light lies lol some stores have faulty machines..like sometimes they work sometimes they don't..shopping at 8pm wouldn't have mattered..glad they gave your money back w/out major problems :)

I had this issue last night. I think the machine was broken because it worked tonight. I just avoid checkout #5 now (which seems to be the only one they leave open!). Printed just fine today.
