Arm and Hammer laundry detergent 50 oz B1G1 free PLUS get a free A&H Essentials cleaning kit. There is a MIR for the cleaning kit in today's inserts. I think there are still $1 printables for the detergent.

The detergent appears to be $6.19 regular price - 2x$1 coupons = $4.19. Get a MIR for $3.19. With stamp, net cost is $1.42.

This will only work if the $3.19 comes off at the end, which it usually does with promos like this.

Fresh Express salad is $1.67 so only .67 if you have any of the $1/1 coupons.

Coffeemate has a printable $1 coupon so .67 ac for it. I was thinking of getting it at Walgreens this week since it is $1.50 but they only have 1 or 2 flavors and Albies has a good selection. Yea!

The Macaroni & Cheese crackers (are these good? sound weird) had .55 tearpad coupons taped to them at my store last week. $1.25-.55 = .70 a box

Not too much that I am interested in. Thank goodness. I need a slow week. The past month has been too many good deals. :giggle2:

Not bad! :-)

Reps about the Steamers! Here's hoping they have those in stock!! (And thank goodness for Rainchecks)!!

So, I've heard people say that they do this at Safeway with the self checkout, will this work at Albertsons?

Use the Q's for the steamers BEFORE scanning preferred card, to avoid beeping?

[Hmmm......wonder how that would work, as our self-check out doesn't ask you for your coupons until after you total out and are ready to pay----the button for it is located on the same screen as the other form of payment buttons you would use when you are ready to decide how you would like to pay. Of corse we already know that we can scan our preffered card just before payment is made......

I have never tried scanning through the coupons before it is totaled out, though-perhaps it could work because essentially-it is just another bar code being scanned, after all.

I know that I can scan coupons before totaling out at a different, large chain store I go to sometimes, because I did it on accident once when buying Hanes Briefs for my son and it took the amount off before I hit the "ready to pay" button.

I am going to try it-can't hurt and still seems honest, just different than what I am used to doing. Thx for the tip!:BigHand:]

that's what i do. it works fine @ my store. i take my sweet time scanning each q with the item.:giggle2: i dont have to press any buttons to scan q's, the q barcodes ring up just like a product's barcode does.

What does it say for the coupon for $5 off wyb 3 Vicks Dayquil, NightQuil, or Vicks 44? I see it says "or Vick's Early Defense Hand Sanitizer Select...is it sizes and vartities? Does it say what sizes or varities? I am already planning a deal for that, if I'm reading it right! lol Right above it shows the hand sanitizer for $2.79. There are some $1 q's out for it, so $2.79 x3=$8.37, minus 3 $1 off q's, $5.37, minus the $5 off 3=.37 cents for 3! (before tax).

any size and varieties

in the OR area we just got the $0.55 early defense coupon...but with that and doubles works out a little bit better.
3x$2.79 =$8.37
-3x$0.55 = $6.72
-3 doubled =$5.22
-$5coupon = $0.22

Hi Everyone, Thank you all for the info and Bob for the post and Diva for posting the matchups!! Appreciated as always!

If anyone tries the steamers can ya let me know about the beeping this week, we have only one albies by us that has self check out so if its giving to much hassel I will go to that one rather than the closer with no self check out.

Been sick lately so not around to much but could use some veggies!! :)

I just wanted to make an extra point to everybody that there are $1/1 printables for the Steamers at pillsbury.com and bettycrocker.com (maybe boxtops4education.com, too?) They're not in the db. LImit of 2. I also saw an ad for the steamers while I was checking my yahoo mail. It said to click for a 50c coupon, but I was on my laptop, so I couldn't print. Be on the lookout for that, too!

I talked to my mgmt about the coupon for the Steamers and he said" let's try it" and on my registers, it did beep.....so I found some $1/2 and I am combining with the target Q and it still makes it free, but it doesn't beep.

just a thought!

FYI!

$.69/lb is the cheapest price of whole chickens from last year; I have not yet (until now) seen them below $.79/lb this year. Stock up! I'll be cleaning out my freezer for a few $3 chickens ;)

One of these chickens is about 9 days worth of meals for me, plus LOTS of soup. :BigHand:

I went to Albertson's for the Crest and steamers. I got 6 steamers, as that was all the q's I had for them right now. But I saw the $1 off Crest from the last P&G, that listed all these kinds of Crest did not match any of the names for the ones that were $1, so did not use it. Instead, I used the $1/2 for any, and got them for .50 cents each. Not free, but still a lot cheaper than paying full price.
I also saw a hangtag for some Dove products (and it had a picture of all Dove products, but also a Degree deodrant). It said save $5 when you spend $15 on the participating products. I still had several $2 off any Dove haircare, so I bought 5 full size Dove shampoo/conditioner at 2/$7, making them $17.50 minus 5 $2 off, q's, $7.50, minus the $5-$2.50 for 5 full size bottles, making them .50 cents each. Only, I spent $9.90 for all my stuff total, as instead of it taking the $5 off instantly like I thought it would, it printed off a $5 oyno CAT. Still good, but wasn't planning on spending about $10 this morning. But I did get a lot more for my money! And I love Dove. And if I have get more of those q's, I can roll that $5 oyno to get 5 more for $2.50 total (and tax..darn tax! lol)

The last coupon would not go through on my Steamfresh vegies either, since coupon was higher than sale. So, at my Albies, there are no beeps as long as you buy one more vegie than you have coupons for, seems kind of strange.

Also, not sure if it was already posted, but the Nestle candy bags are $1.66 - $1 coupon = .66 and if you can get another .50 (with Safewy doubler) off, makes them 16 cents:BigHand:. The $1 off coupon is on the very best baking website up in the right hand corner of the page, link below.

I'm actually going to be by an Albertsons tomorrow. Usually it is too far. I was wondering if any of you got the BOGO Arm & Hammer Laundry Detergent and Free Essentials Cleaning Kit or if you saw the price? One Laundry Det. will be 89 cents with mfg and WAGs Easy Saver + 10% next week, but this might be a better use of my $1.00 A&H Detergent coupon and my $1 off A&H Essentials coupon if the price isn't too high. Three products instead of one.

3.99-1.00=2.99 Get one free and get the starter kit free.

I don't know if you could use the 1.00 coupon on the item you are getting free. Also, when I printed out the coupon there was a coupon for 1.00/1 of essentials cleaners.. I am not sure if you could use hat either since it is free.

Thanks! I repped you. I'm not a regular Abertson's shopper. Do I just put the Fred Meyer coupon down with the rest, or do I draw their attention to it specially? I know I can use the mfg coupons on free things at WAGs and at Riteaid, hopefully Albertsons will take them. That would be great! Now I'm going to be nervous tomorrow doing this. I went to an Albertsons a few months ago with coupons, but not doing another store's coupon or trying the $1 off free things. Sure hope I get a nice checker.

Tried to do the Arm & Hammer deal using the Fred Meyer Coupon for $3.99. What happened is it rang up $3.99 for both, not $3.99 and one free, plus the A & H Essentials free. They rang up over $12. Here is why. I bought the wrong detergent. Yes I bought the ones marked $6.99 but they were not the correct ones. The correct detergents were in the produce department, next to the vegetables! Now if I would not have checked my receipt in the car, I would have gone home thinking I got a good deal. I'm sure that is what was supposed to happen and what happens most of the time, with most people. Then I found out that the Fred Meyer coupon could not be used with their deal, so I would pay $6.99 for all of the products, not too bad, but considering the detergent is 3.99 at Freds not that great either. I'll wait and just get one at WAGs next week for 99 cents. I did not use my $1.00 IP on the detergent, as I was saving it for WAGs, but I did use the $1.00 IP on the Essentials. After I left I realized they did not give me back my coupon, but then I also realized it wound up applying to the rest of my order so I got my $1.00 off something else like the extra steamer I bought so my coupons wouldn't beep. Since this store is not near my home and they pulled that tricky thing, I don't feel bad about it. Plus I am going to buy the product anyway for the TMF, and since they already have my coupon, we will be even. They really plan these things out don't they?:naughtywag: Laundry Detergent in the Produce Section!

Okay..trying to figure a deal out here. Am I right that you buy one of the Arm & Hammer detergent you get another free plus the Essentials free. (Is the Essentials automatically free, or do they only mean free with the TMF rebate, since they have those rebate form right on the display in front of it? But I have a tearpad that says, "Free Arm & Hammer liquid laundry detergent 50oz. with the purchase of OxiClean powder 96 oz." Now I saw the 96oz of the OxiClean for about $12-$13. Can I do this:

Buy the OxiClean plus the Arm & Hammer Detergent and pay the total for that. But since I got the detergen get the other one free plus the Essentials. Then get the rebate back for the one Arm & Hammer laundry detergent for $6.99, and get the rebate back for the Essentials ($2.99)? Guess I'd have to ask for an extra orginial copy of the recipet if that is possible? Since I'd have to have two for each rebate? Than, maybe even use two IPs for the laundry detergent one for each one to even sweeten the deal? (Although, I can't get those IP's to print here!) But it would be $12+$6.99=$18.99. Then get back $6.99 and $2.99=$9.98 back total in two seperate checks, though. $18.99-$9.98=$9.01 for the large thing of OxiClean, two 50 oz. detergents, and one thing of Arm and Hammer Essentials. Plus, if you can use two IP's in it that would end up being $7.01 in the end. Hmm..not too bad, if it'll work!!

What do you think? I am feeling sick, but still planning. lol So, am I so sick I'm not seeing this deal straight, or have I found a good deal? LOL Thanks!!

Heres what I did yesterday

I bought 4 Arm n Hammer laudry detergents and used the fred meyer coupons --(they just minused $3.00 twice) - the bogos still rang up the way they usually would.

it went 6.99
bogo. 0.00
6.99
bogo 0.00
then the cashier went -3.00
and -3.00(for the fred meyers coupons.)
Then used 4 $1/1 IP for laundry soap

Then I bought an OXYCLEAN 12.99
and the two essentials 3.19 - free 3.19-free
**Then got a duplicate receipt** (this does say on it duplicate reciept..I hope the MIR will work with this..any advice?)

So I ended up paying 16.97 plus tax in store and I will be doing a MIR for $6.99 for the Oxyclean one and 3.19 for the Essentails.

So grand total is $6.79 (plus tax)for 4 Arm n Hammer Laundry soaps, One giant Oxyclean and 2 essentails... not TOO BAD!!:BigHand:

Now if i would have remembered my to look for IP for $1/1 essentails I could have knocked that down to $4.79 for all of that. But I did not..

Anyways, hope that helps!!

What is this Fred Meyer coupon? I thought it was Albertsons? Is it just a competitor coupon you are using that you have? What is it?

I think I was told Smith's MarketPlace here used to be Fred Meyer, but they changed the name or something? Is Fred Meyer owned by Kroger? I wish I could get those monthly books and use that q too!

Watch for $1/1 tearpad Qs for Starbucks chocolate x 12/15/08 in the candy aisle and the coffee aisle. They are 2 for $3 at Walgreens for the small ones. Also found $1/1 Tillamook cheese tearpad Qs on a beer display, can't find any exp date on those.

Steamers coupons were in the last 2 GMs.

There is a free standing display which has softlips double pack, cherry or vanilla for .74 attached to the display are coupons 1/2 so:

8 x .74= 5.92
- 4.00 1/2 x 4 = 1.92
-2.00 doubler = -.08 overage
