Jan ~ go to the main Albertsons site link and enter your zipcode. After entering your zipcode, the regular page should come up and towards the center of the page under the weekly ads section are the words "your personalized savings." If you click on that area it will immediately open up to an area that lets you enter your Preferred Card Number and then it loads up to the pages of coupons that we are used to seeing.

I cannot find PERSONALIZED COUPONS anywhere. I tried following the directions.. I entered my zip code, and looked under the WEEKLY ADS... Is there a direct link?

Sounds like you are on the right track. After you enter your zip code it takes you to the ad for your area do not click on the ad, directly below it should say your personalized coupons with an arrow just to the right, click on that area. It should bring up the promt to enter your Albertsons preffered savings card number two times and that should bring up your personalized offers.
