I noticed this week my dukes mayo coupon doesn't double. It did last week. Also I had a fried onion .75 cent and it didn't double. Did they change their policy on doubles?

My Bi-Lo doubles coupons up to and including 60 cents. Maybe they had a promotion increasing the limit? Mine on rare occasions triples, but they don't advertise it except in the store.

Just a thought...some coupons say do not double, I wonder if yours said that and the cashier read it. Could it have possibly started with a 9?

I noticed the Duke's mayo not doubling sometime earlier this year when they were out.. I think I was at Harris Teeter.. Somewhere in small print in the "usage" area of the coupon,, it should say DND.. The cashier pointed it out to me.. Had to pull out my spec's to see if :rolleyes24: it's do darn small.

The French's onions, I am not sure of..as I do not have any of those coupons to look at..

I wished I had a better answer for you.

It use to be DND/DNT on coupons.. then 5's and 9'.. now I don't think it really matters anymore.. They double when they want to it seems..

Some all the way to double value of the coupon.. and then again,, sometimes only part of the way of the value of the coupon, depends on the stores.

Hope this helps, but I am sure it doesn't.

As far as the .60 or .99 doubling limit, it depends on the region you are in. I know stores in the Charlotte market double to .99. Most of the stores in South Carolina only double to .60. Trust me, I moved from the stores that double to .99 near Charlotte, NC to Upstate, SC where they only double to .60. I am still pouting about it!:sad22:

For any coupon I have ever had, unless the cashier manually overrides the automatic doubling, even if the coupon states "do not double", if the first number on the barcode of the coupon is a 5 it will double anyway, if the first number is a 9 it will not automatically double.

Bi-Lo targets certain areas in reference to doubling; some areas are .60, some are .75, some are .99 (you lucky dogs). When they triple here, last time it was super triple to .99 even though usually they only double .60. The triples are usually advertised in the newspaper, not in the store flyer.

I could have sworn it doubled a week ago but now it doesn't.

I just checked the French's Q it doesn't say anything about doubling on it. I have heard many of the Bi-Lo's are lowering their double limit like some .75 stores are now .60 stores. Best bet is to call the store and ask them what their specific policy is. But speak to a manager. I had 2 different friends call the Stanley NC store and speak to 2 different employees and get told 2 totally different things.
