I AM NEW TO THE SIGHT AND HAVE A FEW QUESTION : I WOULD LIKE TO CHANGE MU USERNAME. i HAVE READ THE FAQ DID NOT FIND A ANSWERE I NEVER BEEN ON A THRESD BEFORE HOW DO SOME OF YOU GET YOUR PAGES SO COLORFUL ALSO LOOKING FOR SOME HELP IN OHIO

First, unfortunately, you currently can't change your username. I believe one time per year the Admin will allow a name change, but I'm not sure what the rules are for that. It seems last year sometime they did that, because some mom's were "mom of 3" and had a baby, their username wasn't such...
You could contact the admin.... I'm not sure, but since you're very new, maybe they could cancel your account and you could start another one. I'm really not sure, but if you have a really good reason...

As far as the pages being colorful, I assume you are referring to the profile page. If you go to your private messaging page, on the left, you'll see a bunch of links...
choose customize profile.
You'll be able to click on the boxes that have dotted lines around them, choose colors, and customize your colors. Be aware, that when you do this, the wrong color scheme might lead to people not being able to read things, or worse, giving people a migraine...
When we changed to the current color scheme/layout a few months back, there were many people who had trouble with it because of migraine issues...
Lastly... looking for help with what? If you're looking for help with finding deals at your stores, your best bet is to look at the threads designed around the stores that you have. Some stores are further defined by area, depending on the variation of the ads. Be sure to be in your own area, so you get the best information. Then, check the current ad for your store, and you'll be able to see what's on sale, what others are buying, and what coupons they're using. Once you get the hang of the format, you'll be able to check as soon as they're posted (or when you get the ad) and start trading for the coupons you need. (You'll need to become a part of the trader group for this)
