Just wanted to know what everyone was doing in our area...I didn't realize it was unlimited in one transaction until tonight and I only did it twice on one receipt...will go back later...

Here were mine:

Fiber One Chewy Granola Bars $2.99 x 1
Betty Crocker Sweet Potatoes $1.75 x 4
TOTAL: $9.99
-$2.00 ($1/2 Betty Crocker Potatoes)
-$1.00 ($0.50/1 Fiber One Doubled)

OOP: $1.99

Pillsbury Crescents $2.25 x 1
Cheez-Its $2.50 x 2 (no coupons, hubby is picky)
Nutri-Grain Bars $2.50 x 2
TOTAL: $12.25
-$1.05 ($0.35/1 Crescents tripled)
-$1.00 ($1/2 Nutrigrain bars exp 9/28)

OOP: $5.20

Not great...but hubby wants the Cheez-Its...he said generic tastes
like "poopy crackers"

I plan to work out better scenerios for myself and do some more deals
with the Mini-Wheats since they are a fave in our household...

Mini Wheats $2.50 x 5
TOTAL: $12.50
-$3.00 ($1/1-printable and 2-$1/2 EXP 9/28)
Coupons | Online Coupons (http://coupons.smartsource.com/Web/index.aspx?Link=GLPAHOLHDARLS)

OOP: $4.50---works out to $0.90 each!

Eskimo Pie Ice Cream Treats $3.00 x 5

Nutri-Grain Bars or Mini Wheats or Yogos $2.50 x 10
TOTAL: $25.00
-$10 instant savings
-$5 (use 5-$1/2)

OOP: $10 + tax

Then use the BACK TO SCHOOL savings mail in rebate to get $10 back
for buying 10 Kellogg's items on one receipt...

I know there are tons more out there...I just wanted a thread for our area!

Just wanted to say thanks for posting this! I am headed to TT later and the family will be very happy with mini wheats and eskimo pies.

Don't forget the Tava is 2/$4 w/ad coupon and there are $1.50 printables. Not on the $5 deal but great to add on since you need a $10 purchase to use the Q.

Is the Tava any good? I have not tried it yet! Just wanted to find out from someone before purchasing!

Family loves the Tava - both kinds in the red cans. Beware that the store coupon may not take the $2 off and you will have to have the cashier adjust it. Mine scanned at a penny, but didn't take off the discount. For .50 a 4 pack, it's definitely worth trying.

Went tonight and did a few more scenerios...based on a few other boards that I am on and what coupons I had, this is what I came up with..

First Transaction:

10 Old El paso Taco Shells x $1.50
5 Taco Mixes x $0.99

Total before: $19.98

-$10 Savings
-$5.00 mfg Old El Paso coupons (exp 10/4)
-$4.98 Free taco mixes wyb 2 taco shells

OOP: $0.00

I had a few other things on there, as I don't like having a $0.00 balance..not sure why, just me...

On my big transaction, I had 25 items that qualified...

7 Green Giant Veggie Steamers x $2.25
4 Smart Ones x $2.67
2 BC Fruit Snacks x $2.49
2 BC Yogos x $2.00
2 Ore Ida Tater Tots x $3.50
3 Pillsbury Crescents x $2.25
1 Pillsbury Twists x $3.00
4 Eskimo Pie x $3.00

Total Before: $61.15
Instant Savings: -$25.00
Green Giant -$7.00
Fruit Snacks -$1.00
Yogos -$2.00
OreIda -$1.00
Crescents -$3.05
Twists - $1.00
Eskimo Pie -$4.00

TOTAL OOP: $17.10 works out to $0.68 an item!

I always like to know what works without having to look at a huge list so hopefully this helps if you haven't gone already! I know some people have probably worked this deal a million times! I usually have three kids in tow, so my trips are limited!

Couple other things just in case:

Zone bars are $1.00 each, we have $1.00/1 coupons making them free
Betty Crocker Muffin Mix was $0.75, there are $0.45/1 IPs that double, making them free
Betty Crocker Warm Delights were $1.20, used $0.50/1 IP making them $0.20/each

Junior Mints and Dots boxes were Buy 1 Get 2 Free, priced at $1.29 each. 3 Boxes for $1.29...good for us movie goers! :wink7:

For all of us with Elementary school kids with lunches to make:

Sunmaid Raisins 6 ct are on sale 2/$3.00, use $1/2 coupon making them $1 for 6 boxes...

When you say Green Giant Veggie Steamers, on the ad it just says green giant veggies, is it the same thing?

The coupons you used for those where they MFG coupons in the sunday paper?

You have great scenarios and i've copied them often!!!:BigHand:
