OK, here goes. Sorry for the delay. DH added a larger keyboard to his laptop just so he didn't have to hear me swearing when I was typing up the ad. So, hopefully, no typos. Thanks, honey!:giggle2:

So is $1 a good deal for the chunky cans? i can't remember if they go cheaper than that. That would be using a $1/4 Q.

The V8 Soup has $1/1 Q's out there.

also using the $1 V8 soup coupons

i dont want to duplicate everything thats been reported....here is the l ink • Safeway Catalina Deals - Hot Coupon World (http://www.hotcouponworld.com/forums/safeway-catalina-deals/) but the basics are-
glade gel warmers are $1.99 at safeway, $1.79 at albies. when you buy 1, you get a $2 OYNP CAT. there are printable and this last week paper had a B1G1 for these. so buy 2 get 2 cats($4), pay $1.79, make $2.

Okay, for the Malt-O-meal deal, if I choose to get x amount of items free when I buy 4 malt-o-meals, can I use coupons still on the free items for overage? Like, if I buy the 4 malt-o-meal cereals for $9, and I choose the 2 free Lysol, can I use two Lysol q's (one for each) for them, even though I'll be getting them free? And how do I choose which reward I want? Thanks for the help!

This description is WAY different than the ad I have for Albertson's. On the front of my ad, there is all of the Campbell's/ pepperidge farm etc product, with a big "200 bonus labels" (for campbells) at the top..... nothing about getting a free product:shrug7:

DamianMom, you're in the right forum but apparently Utah got a different (better) ad than the rest of us. My ad (Idaho) is only 6 pages long. No MOM deal, and no Q's for free stuff when you buy $25. Bummer. I went & looked at the Utah ad and just glancing at it, it looks like the rest of the deals are the same, you just have some extra stuff that we don't have. Consider yourself lucky!

After reading some of the posts, I thought that I had lost part of my ad. What great deals for you in Utah!

I was looking through my Better Homes and Garden and Good Housekeeping magazines and there are coupons for .40/2 Spaghettios and .40/2 Campbell's condenced Kids soups.

I believe last year I was able to use a FM coupon for 10 fro $4.00 on Chkn noodle and tomato soups and then used .40/4 coupons with it to get down to .30 cents each. I don't think we'll see it that low this year.

Sometimes different stores do things differently on how they accept B1G1F coupon with a B1G1F sale. My Safeway does it this way: You Buy 4 total and the sale makes the 2nd and 4th item already free, you B1G1F coupon (just 1) makes the 3rd one free since you bought item #1 so you are buying 1 item and getting 3 for free. I don't remember how Albies does it.

Picked up a few things today...breaking them down into 4 MQ per transactions for double coupon sake, is going to slow me down a bit...but ill get there...=)

5 transactions...will do these similiar transactions until my coupons are gone.

4 smart ronzoni pasta = $0.67 AC

4 smart ronzoni pasta = $0.67 AC

8 smart harvest soups = $4

12 Cream of mushroom = $3.60

4 V8 soups = $1
(and i got 10 glade warmers =$20 in cats, $10 profit)

My store doesn't carry the warmers. They have refills, but the only warmers are the fancy kind with fans or lights or some such nonsense.

On the bright side, I am doing well with the powerade zero deal. It is still .69 and you get $4 OYNO wyb 6, but also every time I buy 6 I am getting a $1/3 powerade coupon cat. Combined together, I am making $.86 each transaction of 6.

Question for the more experienced:

Can I just go in and buy my FREE Muir Glen stuff with my Man Q's and $5.00 Catalina and nothing else? Or are they going to have a problem with that?

Found more deals shopping at Fred Meyer this week for what I needed (sale price wise with coupons, etc.).

Thanks in advance for any advice on this.

The Woman - thanks for letting me know the Powerade Zero is still .69 (+Cat) I was hoping it would be. I plan to get a LOT more.

krismas - If all you're getting is the Muir Glen, they will be free with the $1 Q's (plus tax). No need to use the $5 cat unless you're buying $5 worth of other stuff. Either save it for later, or if it's expiring, buy $5 worth of produce/milk/whatever you need.

superbob - thanks for the info on glade deal. I'll be checking for them!

I plan to load up on a year's worth of the Muir Glen this week. Trying to determine how many I need.

Wow, didn't realize mine was so different. Was hoping to get help to plan a good deal. I did the Glade deal this morning, than heard about the Powerade deal, and used my cats on that. But nothing came out. I called my friend who told me, and she forgot to tell me to get Powerade Zero. So, I'll have to go back later, or another day and see if there's any even left! At both Alberstson's and Smith's, I got rainchecks for the $1.79 price of the warmers just in case. Since I was told the Cats go till sometime in October! I need to go back and find the Powerade Zero though! lol

Question here! The Loreal Vive Pro is BOGO @ Albertsons, can you use a BOGO Q on a BOGO sale, and get both items free? I wanted to ask before I go in and try it myself.

I plan on using a BOGO mq and will try to use the $1 mq on the other one. We will see. This is very much YMMV.

The manufactor sells two items, the store makes the same amount of money and I get 2 Vive free and $1 for other food. Works for me. :BigHand:

You can send the labels to me!!! :wavehi:

Seriously, though, if you have nieces/nephews/friend's kids etc in school, they would gladly take them in. Schools get free stuff for them, playground equipment, etc. Just don't toss them! :) Same with the "boxtops" ones that came out in the cereal/ granola bar deal a couple weeks ago. Each boxtop is worth 10c to schools. Every bit counts!

Great run!! Tried my store today, and they were all out of the stinkin glade warmers. Lots of free tomatoes though, and $1 goldfish crackers are a big hit here, I have been waiting for this sale!

I don't have enough $1 off coupons, that's why I wanted to know if I could go in there and spend my Catalina and use my two coupons to get some for free, without buying anything else. It sounds like I can, so thank you.

I looked more closely at my receipt and it looks as though you can log into the website listed there and credit the school the labels that way.

The tomatoes are listed in the database, the eatrightamerica site is letting me print as many as I want. Am I not supposed to do that??

edited to eliminate confusion about pdf file-

In the Printables Forum there is info about another coupon for the tomatoes that has no limit. You have to register and then it takes you to a brochure looking thing, and you can print from there. In order to save ink, I zoomed in so just the coupon was in my screen and then selected "print current view" on the print page so it just prints the coupon and not all the other stuff. I could only get it to print one to a page, but I just used several pieces of paper that were 3/4 in length that I had cut off the bottom of other coupons that I had printed so saved a little on paper that way.

I know HCW doesn't allow posting of a pdf of a coupon, but this should be OK, because you need to sign up, then log in to the site to even get the coupon. BTW - on page 2 of the muir glen voucher, there's a $1/1 Cascadian Farms coupon, too. Thanks for the tip!

As for the MOM deal, UT is supposed to be in the NW region for Albies, but that's a totally different ad. I wonder if the MOM deal is in the Rocky Mtn stores, too.

PDF??????????

PDF - PDF is a format of saving a document, like .doc (word), .ofc (Open Office), or .pages (Mac Pages). PDF creates an image of whatever it sees, like a virtual copy machine that takes something from the web and copies it to an image file.

PDFs are sometimes editable, but most often not. They're seen as a mostly secure and universal (since Adobe is free) form of sharing internet content that is not simply text.

Powerade deal worked great for me today!

I bought (in 8 transactions)

40 Cambpells Select Harvest
42 powerade zero
9 powerade
3 Arm & Hammer 40ct sheets
kids yoplait yogurt cups
balloon $1 (to keep ds2 happy)
deli chicken (to keep dh happy)

I used:
37) 1/1 Campbells select peelies
21) 1/2 powerade zero
b10g5f powerade
free kids yoplait

I spent 11.94 before tax

I got
8) $4 oyno's

I didn't get any powerade coupon cat's tho.. good thing I had a bunch of 1/2 powerade zero q's

I've got another 2 b10g5f powerade q's I'm going to use, and then I'm just going to roll one of my oyno's and get more powerade.

Keep in mind, the powerade oyno's expire 9/28

Can anyone pm me and tell me the items that are good for the glade cat? I looked at the thread, but it's quite confusing.

Is it possible the cat machine was just offline/out of paper? You might try one more time and if you don't get the cat just return it. It's working for me in Idaho, and this deal is going at various other stores around the country, so I don't see why Montana would be excluded. Good luck.

The $1/1 Muir Glen printable is mod approved, as seen here (http://www.hotcouponworld.com/forums/printables/109974-muir-glen-1-1-ip.html). However, we (the members of HCW) cannot print a link to the actual pdf here. Each member needs to sign up with the hosting website, and get the coupon from them. The link to the actual pdf has been removed, but the link to sign up is still posted.
Coupons from sites such as coupons.com, smartsource, bettycrocker.com, etc., print unique ID numbers on each of their coupons, and limit how many may be printed per user or computer. This PDF will not have those ID numbers on it, but we would ask that everyone uses common sense and not abuse the use of this coupon. We don't want companies to no longer make these available, or stores to stop taking them. Thanks!

You can get a Red Baron coupon by going to www.redbaron.com (http://www.redbaron.com), click on the "Eat, Play and Win" game. Click to Enter, then you will be taken to a page where you enter your email, click on "don't have a code"...you will receive a code in your email almost immediately. If you are not a prize winner it allows you to print a $1 off Red Baron coupon. You can do this once per day, maximiun of 2 per email/IP address.

I combined this with the Red Baron deal this week to make them 5/$13. If you want to save them, they are good until December 2008.
