My Kroger doesnt double q's... is there a place I missed that listed which stores do this/ and in what area?

Are you SURE that you Kroger doesn't double? I think ALL the ones located in Middle TN double to 50 cents (thus, your 50 cent q is worth $1.00), but anything over 50 cents is taken at face value. I can't tell from your profile where you are from except that you are from TN.

Harris Teeter (3 locations in the Nashville area) doubles coupons to 99 cents, but they have a 20 coupon limit and only 3 per exact item (ie, if you have 10 coupons for the same item, they will double 3 and then face value the rest, if you bought 10 of the same thing). Harris Teeter also triples coupons about once every OTHER month, with the same rules (there is a Harris Teeter forum too).

yeah, I've been going to a Kroger in Nashville, and NONE of my coupons have been doubled... not even the smaller ones...

I may go to a differet one thats a few miles away, just to see if its by store... but so far, this one doesnt...:shrug7:


I've never heard of Harris Teeter... guess I'll look into their prices/deals from now on...

If you go back to the Krogers you've been going to, stop by the service desk and ASK what their coupon policy is. All the ones in the Louisville district (that Mid TN is a part of) should follow the district rules of couponing, which is what I typed out before.

I looked for a Kroger FAQ here in the forum, but didn't find any. Sometimes there is a FAQ that covers the basics (whether B1G1F is really that, or if it is half priced on both items; whether or not you can use a coupon on both half priced items or just 1 of the B1G1F; how many coupons they accept on same item (some Krogers in TX have started limiting to 3 [I'm hoping this is NOT a trend]; etc))

Which Nashville Krogers have you had a problem at? (ie, what location)

Where are the FAQs for Krogers Louisville? Why doesn't HER Krogers double her coupons.

We figured out the problem!!! I went into Kroger lastnight and talked to their customer service about why none of my coupons were doubling, they asked if I was scanning my kroger card... had coupons up to .50...etc... and we found out it was the kroger card, for some reason they had it as locked(?) ..(I just got this card a few weeks ago) and it gave me Kroger savings, but no other coupon doubles... they just issued me another card, and I went to get my 12 packs of cottonelle free.. :biggrin:

Thanks you guys for trying to help me out, I never shopped at a Kroger before, so I didnt even know I was supposed to be getting double q's... if not for this site, i wouldve never fixed it!
