View Full Version : WLC- Weigh In for 8/18/08

Starting weight (last week) 194 lbs.
current weight 189 lbs.

Total lost - 5 lbs.

I know most of it is water weight because I've been drinking tons and peeing more but I'll take it. When I gain weight, the first place I notice it is my boobs, they get huge(er). Likewise, when I lose the first place that feels smaller is my boobs. Last night, they felt smaller - that's progress!!!

Hi, I'd like to join the WLC! I have a lot of my fitness goals go since couponing and since have gained 12 lbs, but no more! Dh took some pics of me at the lake a few weeks ago, and that was enough to get me motiviated. I'm starting the WLC at 161 lbs, I hope to lose 21 lbs. I am starting out slow, by walking 2 x a week and just trying to overall be more active, ie play w/ds more etc. I am trying to avoid dairy/meat products and junk food for the most part.

Welcome and best wishes!!! I just got started about a week and a half ago and already feel so much better. I'm exercising nearly every day and just eating better and drinking a bunch of water. I have so much more energy. Good luck to you.

Hey guys.....i joined a while back....and fell off the bandwagon, and needless to say i gained weight. Well I am motivated, by my mother, to start up again. I am currently at 180 and would like to be down to 140. My goal is to have lost 40 lbs by May 1, 2009. In time for the summer season. So Here i am!

Hey guys.....i joined a while back....and fell off the bandwagon, and needless to say i gained weight. Well I am motivated, by my mother, to start up again. I am currently at 180 and would like to be down to 140. My goal is to have lost 40 lbs by May 1, 2009. In time for the summer season. So Here i am!
