King Soopers Coupons by mail?

Hi,
A few weeks ago, I saw someone at the gym (hey, it might have been one of you!) with lots of King Soopers coupons. I asked where she got them, and she said they were sent by mail. I've never gotten anything from King Soopers in the mail. So I checked my Soopers card online, and the address was correct. I went to the Customer Service Desk, and they said they had no idea why I wasn't receiving any coupons by mail. They had me fill out a "change of address" form, to get my address into the system again somehow. It's been 3 weeks, and still no coupons in the mail! Any ideas?

Sadly, I still receive coupons in the mail from Basha's, which is where I used to shop in Arizona!

I don't think it has anything to do with your address. I received the coupons for the past year but then suddenly it stopped. But my sister (who lives 10 minutes away and never got them before) started receiving them just last month. It might have something to do with the frequency a person shops KS, I didn't shop there for awhile and then suddenly I got their coupons. I do know that the coupons state that they are special offers for a select number of shoppers but I don't think there's any way to make sure you get them.
