I got a butt load of coupons but did not have all day to stand around while they drew one ticket every 15 min.

There were not free samples, free cake and coupons in every department but there were some coupons.

I got coupons for lunchables, Bar S hot dogs (which I may go back on tuesday to use up if I have the freezer space) angus beef (got my DH a steak), shrimp, some sort of sausage, bar s bacon, litehouse dressing, dole salad, PS ice cream (might need to get me a bowl of peach cobbler ice cream I got) and some other coupons that I do not recall off the top of my head. They are in my van and DH went to get the oil changed on it. Those grease monkeys better not steal my coupons.

There were snacks all over my store -- cake, brownies, scones, muffins, watermelon, grapes, nutrigrain bars, fruit snacks, dips, chips, seafood salads, crackers, ...

They were drawing about 3 tickets every 5 minutes when I was there. Gave my ticket to a nice family as I left. (The prizes weren't as good as in years past)

they had 3 tables one in produce one in bakery and one at the front door. I dont consider that "all over the store" but am not complaining. We put off our trip to South Dakota till tomarow so I could hit the smiths thing. LOL

Lots of coupons. I wish some of them had longer expiration dates on them though.

I got a ton too. Found some Bar-S coupons, that I'm wondering if I'm allowed to stack with the MFG q's...??? Found maybelline, garnier, shrimp, relish, Kroger brands, etc. No lunchable ones, I'd like to have those! lol They had one table up front where two ladies sat and gave tickets and such. They had free juice and cake. The few other tables were unmanned, and one had cheese and some kind of meat. They gave us two raffle tickets (one for my son and I) we won a free movie and a free watermelon. They seemed to call them every 5 minutes too. And for our last ticket they just said, "whoever has a raflle ticket left, and can get to the booth infront of the store can spin for a free prize." So we went used the last one. I wanted to check out Smith's Marketplace too, but got too busy, and now it's too late, of course. Oh well! Ds was waving goodbye to the ladies as we left. lol He was reminding me how we didn't have to pay for the movie, and how that's saving us a lot of money, 'cause it's free! LOL

One of the Managers at my Smith's recognized me today (as I am there quite often) and gave me a booklet with a ton of free items: (Kroger brand of course, and they don't expire until 12/31/08!!)

One Free Nice N Soft (6 roll)
One Free Mustard
One Free Mac & Cheese
One Free Popcorn (3 Pack)
One Free Frozen Vegetables
One Free Ibuprofen tablets (24 ct)
One Free Cooked Bacon
One Free Imitation Crabmeat
One Free Cold Cereal
One Free Buns (8 ct any variety)
One Free Peanuts
One Free Shredded Cheese
One Free Salad Dressing
One Free Juice (64 oz bottle)

I was wishing I could have gotten more books, to spread the love! They let my daughter spin to win (even though our ticket didn't get picked) and she won a watermelon! (Though she was hoping for the DVD of course).

We had a lot of fun today shopping and getting free samples.

thats great that they were doing the prizes 5 min at ya'll stores. They were sticking the the "rules" I guess where I am and really doing one prize every 15 min. I saw the stacks of free coupons up at the front desk and was thinking it is going to take them forever and a day to go through all of those!

Im not sure if we can stack the smiths coupons with manf coupons. I guess that would be cool.

Greenfrog is there a policy on stacking store and manf coupons that you are aware of?

Whats funny is that I was cleaning out an old tote in my room and found the Kroger brand flyers from last year. I dont think they have expiration dates on them and they are the same coupons as this year I think.

Generally store coupons are for Kroger brand items.... Therefore, stacking usually doesn't apply. I would have tried on Saturday, but the Dole salad was brownish...

And, yes, the coupons with NED are the same as last year. (Wondering why they weren't in the database until I entered them yesterday:whistle:)

So do you think you can stack these coupons with manf coupons? Im not sure if they allow it. Have a feeling mine will say no.

Ill bet the reason they were not in the Database is because I lost my flyers in my room for a year. LOL:giggle2:

I called customer service and they said use one or the other. Computers can't accept both.
