I thought that it might be helpful to start a thread about what people think about different Homelife Paper Products. Ones they like and ones that aren't worth using the coupon on.

It might also be helpful to include how long you think a package of a,b or c will last.

I was blessed to find a TON of coupons tonight at Cub off of Rockford Rd in Plymouth(yes I did leave some for everyone else, but go grab them quick!)

My hope if to be able to stockpile many free products for quite a while to come. DH's seminary course load is being increased this fall and he might only be able to work 17 hours per seek instead of 20. My hope is to be able to stockpile enough napkins, paper towels, and anything else free to get us through the next three years. I would love to know the items people are buys, and what they think about them. Any help with figuring out what a family of 3 would need for the next three years would also be helpful.

I'll start us off:

HomeLife 120 ct napkins-I actually grabbed on of these a couple of weeks ago because I thought we were completely out of napkins at home. It's your basic paper napkin. I'm not sure if I could tell much of a difference between it and Martiga(?) brand. Bring they are free I say, Bring it on!

I was also at the Rockford Road CUB yesterday...maybe it was you that I saw pushing people out of the way for the coupons......LOL Actually, I got quite a few myself!
I got the kleenex which also ended up being free. The quality seemed ok....the ones I got had aloe in them and seemed similiar to name brand kleenex. I haven't tried anything else yet but, certainly intend to!

You mean the lady with the redhead boy in toe screaming, "Mine, mine they're all mine!" Yeah, that would have been me. ;)

I have picked up the kleenex (kind of rough, but thick), the paper towels which I love. They are quite absorbent and I like that they have the extra perforations so you can tear off a smaller sheet if you like. I have also bought the TP and plastic silverware but haven't used them yet. Overall you can not complain if they were free or close to free.

I picked up their kleenex in premium series, quite good IMO. Plan to try TP and PT later. Thanks to the kind soul :<3:debbs6 for the great coupons!

I have 10 boxes of the Kleenex that I haven't tried yet lol. Scared to touch them - they are like gold since they were free! The paper towels are very good though - very absorbent and are also at a great price!

I'm not a Cub Foods Shopper any longer as they have all closed in the Chicago Area, however the Homelife coupons and brand products where found at Jewel Osco. :BigHand:

Here is the below list of paper items that I've bought and have reviews on:

60 Paper Towels: They are not as think as Viva Paper Towels but they get the job done. I'm not a big paper towel user so these will last me a very long time.
20 Paper Napkins: They are a little on the thinner side, however they get the job done.
50 Kleenex: My store offered the kleenex with lotion in them. They are a little thicker and work just as well as the Kleenex Brand Product.
40 Coffee Filters: These work just as well as a more expensive product. The filters didn't tear as I took them out of the coffee maker.
10 Lunch Bags: To me a paper bag is a paper bag. They hold my daily lunch just fine without any rips while transporting.

Thanks for all the updates everyone. I have only tried the $.99 paper towels, (I think there are a couple of different styles that are more expensive), the kleenex with lotion, and also the paper towels. I have been pleased with all of them. The kleenex with lotion seems just like name brand.

I'm still waiting on a sale for the TP. I'm very jealous of people in other markets getting $1.50/1 multi pack. That would make the 4pks of TP free of close depending on what your store prices it at.

It seems that all of you have posted you liked the papertowels, but I just opened one and I didn't care for it. Maybe there's different types, but the one I got is like paper, as in a sheet of paper.

The mighty ones are better. they are more expensive i think 1+ each. I didn't like the .99 ones.
