The company that processes their rebates went bankrupt. I had just (finally) received my rebate checks and had them returned by make bank along with fees. I did call Fresh Sacks and was told to forward the information on what I am due along w/ bank fees to:
Bryce Foster
215 Rollingwood Trail
Altimont Springs, FL 32714
They don't know yet how many people this is affecting. If you receive your rebate check you might want to verify w/ corporate that it is good before cashing it and having to go through this mess. I will send them the requested information and hopefully get reimbursed. This is the first time I have ever had a problem with a returned refund check.

Fresh Sacks will honor all rebates. If you haven't sent your rebate in to the original address on the rebate, please send them to the address listed above. If you already have, no worries, we will take care of you as well. It was shocking to hear that our rebate processors filed for bankrupcy and Fresh Sacks had no idea that this would happen. How embarrassing!! Please accept our apologizes and any one that had bank fees will get free Fresh Sacks sent to them with their check. Happy Thanksgiving All. Let's say a prayer for those people that worked at the rebate office, they lost their business and are now are out of jobs. This is a tough time for all.

So, is this rebate still active? The address on the form is in Niagara Falls, NY. Is this a good address, or the old obsolete address? Please help. Would like to get these for my daughter to make things easier for her with my 6 mos old granddaughter.

I would fill out the form from the original link and use the addy that it gives you there. I would hope they updated their form with current info.
