Since this is a new forum and there are probably many new things to learn, I am making this the place for you to ask any questions you might have about Farm Fresh. I will try to answer them for you, or if someone else in the forum knows the answer feel free to share your knowledge. I will try to compile all the questions and answers as they come in and post them on one thread. Ask away!

I have noticed many people asking about locations of Farm Fresh. I thought I would post some interesting information that came directly from their site.

what is FF coupon policy?


do they double ?

do they triple ?

do they take competitor coupons/catalinas ?

do they take IP coupons ?

I have sent an email asking what their coupon policy is about 2 weeks ago. I guess I will not be getting a response any time soon. I will go to CS this week and ask.

O.k, I talked to a CS person and here is their unofficial stand on coupons. (No one seems to know much or even care.)
"Do they double or triple" NO
"Do they accept competitor coupons or competitor cats" NO
"Do they take IP coupons" YES
But they do price match. So if you find an item that is cheaper somewhere else bring in the ad and they will match the price.

Even though they don't have much on coupon deals I do find that FF carries the best MIR They usually have at least one going on.

There is one Farm Fresh in Virginia Beach (Collins Square shopping center) that WILL double coupons up to $.50, limit of 20.

no policy on IP coupons??

also, it use to be that if they are OOS on a sale item, you can get an RC to get one of said item free when it's back in stock.

Yes, that is true. I used an RC on the Peter Pan a while back and got the first one free. So, when there is a great deal go on Tuesdays and see if they are out of stock so you can get a rain check!

My FF will double in Louisa up to 99 cents. I have not visited this store as of yet, just found out about it, so I will let you know of anything else that I find.

i just got off the phone with mine and they said they do NOT price match...what ph# did you call ? was it the coporate number ?

Mine doesn't price match, but the do have the "right price guarantee" where if you are charged wrong, you get the first item FREE and the difference on the others.

I have a question about use of catalina and manufacturer q's. In the past at FF, I have been able to buy diapers with a catalina and mq together. Today the register rejected my mq after ringing up the catalina. I am confused because this has not happened at this store before. When I asked if this was a new policy (since they recently started doubles, I figured it could be a new system that tracks q's), the manager said, "no," it had always been this way (this same manager told me a while back that they do not take ip's either, which I later found not true). So, anyone else having any issues with this or do I need to just go back to Kroger and Target for dipes and wipes?

What kind of cat? $$$ off your next purchase or a coupon for diapers? If a coupon for diapers & it was not a store but a manufacturer then no store should accept it along with another coupon

Unless you had more coupons than products? One kroger I frequent recently told me I had to have as many items as I had coupons when I tried to use my glade cats. Haven't been back but when I return they'll be ringing up each apple/banana/whatever that I purchase INDIVIDUALLY.

What does Farm Fresh double coupons mean? It says on the circular up to $1 but I have coupons over a dollar. Does that mean that I wont be able to double them or they can only tack on $1 off? Im new to couponing and Im trying to start stock piling and I do not know where to start but I do know the I wanted to stock pile. I have a coupon of $2.00 2 purchase of ALL detergent. In the curcular, the ALL detergent is 3.89. I figured if I get 2 so total will be 7.96-2= 5.96, that is if they wont double my coupon. Do you think that is a good buy?

Doubles up to a dollar generally means that your $1 coupons are worth $2. Everything less than a $1 will be worth twice the amount.

A $1.25 coupon, or your $2 one, are redeemed at face value.

IMO, that isn't a good stock up price, but is decent if you absolutely need detergent now. For me, a good stock up price is it is at least a 75% savings (for most items). Once you have your stockpile built, savings of at least 90% (or better yet FREE!) is a good replenishment price. Hope that helps!

Realize that Farm Fresh doubles coupons .99 and lower every day. They double 1.00 and below ONLY ON WEDNESDAY. Anything over 1.00 is at face value only. If you have 1.00 coupons that you want to double, you can only do it on a Wednesday.

One more question. On BOGO's can you use two coupons (one for each item)? and if so do they double each coupon as long as it is below .99 (or on Wed. $1.00)?

The Farm Fresh stores in Williamsburg double up to $.99 everyday and $1.00 on Wed.

I think FF doubles coupons up to 50 cents everyday. I do know that they double coupons up to and including $1 on Wednesdays.

Whitney FF doubles up to .99 every day which is much better then Kroger. Those .75 coupons are going to come in handy. They have a really good deal going this week on Thanksgiving like staples. I just called corporate and they said that if they have a deal like bogo the product is half off. The recent soup coupons in the inserts match up with these very well.
