I just had my second son on March 21st and need to lose the 30 or so extra pounds I gained to get back to pre-pregnancy weight and out of my maternity clothes.

Weight this morning was 173 but it's still fluctuating alot.

Hey guys I have something cool to share with ya! You may remember me, I was in this weigh in group for my cruise then quit after the cruise. I pretty reached my goal and was satisfied. Well, I just discovered something WONDERFUL!

I recently started going to a naturalist type physician and she did a physical and blood work etc and recommended that I increase my magnesium, add some B-12 b/c it was low and make sure I was taking calcium with the magnesium. I take a lot of herbs and vitamins etc but must have been low in these things. Well........I ate like a pig on my cruise and have not been dieting anymore and have lost even more weight after I got home. The only thing I can attribute it to is adding these vit/min to my diet.

I used to be a WW leader and I remember telling my members that calcium was important in weight loss and I forgot all about that myself. I take the coral calcium that you stir in water. I take it at night with the magnesium. Give it a try...it sure can't hurt and we get this stuff so cheap.

Thats great advice. I haven't taken vitamins in a long time. It seems every time I do I am allergic to the fillers/dyes lol. I will definitely have to do some research on that.

I finally weighed myself today...

Orginal Starting Weight - 192
Current Weight-.......................177!!!!

Woohoo :) I finally hit the 15 pounds lost mark. :BigHand:
