 Cheese Ball
I learned how to make this when I worked for an older couple a few years back. The lady always made this for the family around the Holidays and she asked if I would make it for her Family when she no longer was able to, due to health conditions, anyway
here it is:
1 cup Shredded Cheddar
2 Brick softened cream cheese(at room temp.)
1 Can Crushed Pineapple 10 oz can I believe
1 tsp Seasoned Salt to taste
Jalepeno juice for spice ( or finely chopped sliced jalepenos,to taste )
1/2 cup Finely chopped Green Bell pepper
Dash onion powder
Dab of Worshteshire sauce or 2.
Mix all ingredients, Roll in a lg ball, roll in chopped, crushed Pecans and Refrigerate until ready to serve.
Can be served with Crackers or a mix of freshly cut Veggies
Either way I think it is Great!!!
